Hello Target Users,I have a scenario where i have to show different experiences for mobile and non-mobile users within the same activity. So i am using multiple audience in configure option to solve that (screenshot attached).But this seems to working only for non-mobile users, mobile users also seeing the same experience as non-mobile users. Am I missing something? or is there any other way to create activity for this scenario?Thanks in advance!

I have created a Fusion scenario that removes deactivated users from their Home Team. The issue is that they still have Other Teams. I tried everything I could think of and kept getting errors to set their other teams to null. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?Maybe I need to come at this from the Team side and remove any inactive users versus using the user update scenario to do it. It’s just that I have the user one accomplishing other actions so I was hoping to get the user profile corrected using the same scenario.

Hello the amazing Adobe Community, I am looking to understand a metrics.We have form conversion set as Segmented “Visit Container” with event## to fire when user submit a form Then create a calculate metrics using that Visit Container Segment + the (Visit) metric is our Form Conversion We want to understand why when we have last touch channel broken down and when we sum the form conversion for each of the channel it doesn’t add up to the “Deduplicate total within the workspace” example using dummy numbers. Can someone explain what is causing this? We understand that visits and sum should have slight difference of approx. 5% but for our form conversion calculated metrics its >15% difference between workspace number and total number. Explain in technical term is also welcome. We have a Project report and have been asked to add a column that pulls in the next task that is due. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?  The closest I have been able to get is for it to pull in all incomplete tasks, but they come in all out of order. Even though the documentation says it defaults to the order of the tasks in the timeline. I’m looking to utilize the Resource Planner Share Link to build a dashboard for Sr. Leadership to view resouces allocations across a Portfolio, broken out by sub groups with the Portfolio.  For this view, I’d like to utilize the Custom column formatting and only show Available/Planned/% of Hours. Everything looks great in the Resource Management area, but when I add the Share URL to a dashboard the data doesn’t show for the custom view. Is this a known issue? We're running into a reporting challenge in Workfront and I'm curious how others are handling it.Currently, many of our reports are project/campaign-based and rely on the campaign (project) reaching a Closed/Complete status. The issue is that most of the work is actually completed in the month prior, but the reporting doesn't reflect it until the campaign is closed.For example, a campaign may have the majority of its tasks completed in June, but if the project isn't closed until July, all of the reporting appears in July. This creates a lag and doesn't accurately represent the team's monthly output.How are others addressing this?Are you reporting on completed tasks rather than project completion? Do you use hour reports or task reports for monthly operational reporting? Do you report on open/in-progress campaigns to capture work activity before project closure? Have you implemented any custom fields or reporting strategies to better align work completed with the appropriate reporting p

Hi there, we have been using the Zoom and Marketo integration for our webinars for years now, using the same template. I just created a new campaign for next week, and for some reason everyone that is registering is being marked as “registration error”, even though nothing has changed. Everyone is still receiving the confirmation emails, but not sure they they are being marked down like that. Any ideas

Hi all! I’ve created several Fusion scenarios to create tasks based on a cadence and while everything is working as expected, the only portion I can’t figure out is adding planned hours to each of the tasks. I have a project I use to store the tasks and their planned hours and right before the create tasks module I have a search module to go through that project and match the task name and output the planned hours (work required), but when I map the planned hours section in the create task module the planned hours don’t get added. For context the tasks are being created on a Simple duration type with a Fixed Dates constraint and are initially unassigned. Any ideas? Some of our clients are transitioning from a different project management system to Adobe Workfront. In their current system, they are able to easily share a link with external reviewers so they can view project updates and provide feedback.Is there a simple way to provide access to a project for individuals who do not need to be Workfront users?Thank you,Jenny

Hi,We're running A4T (Analytics for Target) and seeing significantly underreported unique visitor counts in Target reports compared to Adobe Analytics.Our tracking server was confirmed working correctly (HTTP 200) a couple of months ago. However, we've now identified a possible mismatch between the tracking server configured in Target and the one showing in Analytics console logs. We've reported it to Adobe but wanted to ask the community in the meantime.Note: Target's reporting console is currently down (Adobe is aware), so we can't fully confirm the numbers from that side either.Questions:Can a tracking server mismatch between Target and Analytics cause A4T visitor counts to be significantly underreported? Any other A4T config parameters worth checking while we wait for Adobe's response?Thanks

Hi, on load of the default page Orders, image beacon is firing as usual. However when user clicks on Pending Orders, Delivered Orders, Pricing Management, Notification Settings to view those pages,  we are getting below error message “dataLatyer.getState() is not a function”. May be internal pages are single page applications. Need your help to fix this error.    

Hello, I’m working through the Adobe Analytics Workspace certification training and noticed what may be an issue in one of the Fallout tutorial videos. The same wording appears in the video and in the transcript, so I wanted to check whether I’m interpreting it correctly or if the tutorial may need an update.“The blue portion of the bar shows the percentage of visitors who fell through and performed the next action, whereas the gray section of the bar shows the percentage of the visitors who did not. And this is all against the total of visitors who arrived at the first touchpoint.”My understanding is that the gray portion is against the previous step. That is what works out mathematically. Can someone confirm whether this is an error in the tutorial, or if I’m missing something in how Fallout is being explained?Thanks.

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with Adobe Analytics on our mobile app and hoping someone can clarify whether this is expected behavior or a configuration gap.We’ve noticed that on certain flows, when a user completes a purchase and lands on the Purchase Confirmation page, if they suspend the app immediately (background the app, switch apps, lock the device, etc.), our Track State and Track Action calls for the confirmation step do not fire.This is causing a measurable drop in attribution — we’re missing at least ~20 confirmed customers per day because the confirmation events never reach Adobe.Expected behaviorTrack State / Track Action should fire as soon as the user lands on the confirmation page, even if the app is suspended right afterward.Actual behaviorEvents only fire if the user stays active on the confirmation page long enough for the hit to dispatch. I’m trying to figure out the best way to report on the counts of selections made on a multi-select field for projects. There is currently a calculated field on the project form to capture choices, but that created entries on the report like “Choice 1, Choice 2”, “Choice 1, Choice 3, Choice 4” etc. Stakeholders are asking to segment them out individually. It sounds like I might have to make individual calculated fields for each of the 15 choices on the multi-select field. Am I on the right path to try and capture this data?

Hi, I have an AB test for two whole emails, nearly everything is the same except for the header image. If I want to send the winner based on whichever header gets the most clicks, I would do custom conversions -> clicks link in email and specify the two links, right? In this case the two links are exactly the same however I've added an "A" and "B" in the utm_term to differentiate the two.

I have a table that includes the Unique Visitors metric, and I use the Compare Time Periods feature to add a comparison column (for example, comparing the current period to the same period last year).However, when I change the workspace date range from July 2026 to June 2026, the primary Unique Visitors column updates with June 2026 data automatically, but the comparison column does not. It continues to display values for July 2025 rather than updating to June 2025.Is there a way to configure the comparison period so that it dynamically updates based on the workspace date range selection (e.g., always comparing the selected date range to the corresponding period from the previous year)?

Hi everyone,I'm a bit confused about the retirement of the SOAP API and the required migration to the REST API.Does this change apply to Marketo's native Salesforce Sync as well?My confusion comes from the fact that the Salesforce sync is typically configured once and then runs continuously. A migration from one API to another sounds like it might require changes to the sync configuration, but I haven't found any documentation that clarifies whether that's actually the case.I've searched the community using several different terms but couldn't find any discussions about this. Given the impact of the SOAP API retirement, I expected there to be more conversation around it, so I thought I'd ask here.Can anyone clarify whether any action is required for customers using the native Salesforce Sync?Thank you!

I want to make sure I understand the Abort Smart Campaign functionality.Abort Smart Campaign can only work on Batch Campaigns, not Triggered campaigns. When a campaign is Aborted, it freezes all current members of the Smart Campaign where they are. They will stay as members of the Smart Campaign.My question is:If the Smart Campaign is run again, what happens with the “frozen” members? Will they continue moving through the flow? Will they be stuck permanently in their current step and never progress? My understanding is the latter  but this isn’t expressly communicated in the documentation. If you want the frozen members to reenter the same smart campaign and go through the flow again, would you need to use the Remove from Flow step in a different Smart Campaign or can you just have them come in again in a new batch run (depending on your configuration settings)?

Hi, I am trying to show/hide fields based on checkbox toggle inside a multifield. I have been referring to this great article by Theo Pendle: https://levelup.gitconnected.com/aem-conditionally-show-or-hide-a-field-based-on-a-checkbox-widget-or-anything-else-6b23b2515810It works great with individual fields. The problem arises when the fields that needs to be show/hide are placed inside the multifield. It will toggle every item in the multifield when the desired functionality is to hide that specific item in multifield. Has anyone found a workaround to this issue? I have also tried using the ACS Commons library but that too don't work with the multifield.

The profile qualifies for the audience (confirmed in both Monitoring and Profile Snapshot Export). Batch audience evaluation runs daily at 18:00 UTC. The journey is configured with: Read Audience as the entry activity. Scheduled daily. Trigger after batch audience evaluation. 5-hour time window.
