Hi all,I hope you are doing well! This is continution to while upgrading to AEM 6.5 LTS i’m facing challenges with guava library replacement/alternatives.as per the LTS analyzer guidance, “The `15.0.0.0002` bundle version of Guava is no longer available out of the box in AEM 6.5 LTS due to critical security vulnerabilities. Hi! I am getting a lot of conflicting information about marking custom fields in-active once I move them to an Admin section of a request form. My end goal is to make sure all of these old custom fields remain in my historical reporting. By marking them in-active, am I inadvertantly removing them from my historical reporting? I thought in-active was just making sure these custom fields are no longer active. Any guidance or insight is greatly appreciated. I have a huge update next week that I am prepping for! I want to make sure everything is done correctly. :-)  As always, this community rocks. 😁

With the newest updates to the Learn area for Workfront, I'm wondering if anyone has put together any training plans to make the data a more cohesive flow.    Examples: Getting to know Workfront Workfront for Workers Workfront for Planners Workfront for Admins Workfront for collaborators/requesters/reviewers     I previously had one, but all the links are broken so looking for fresh ideas before I rebuild. 

I’m trying to create a segment that has condition for ‘From this date’ but am struggling to find that. Scenario: We capture the product a customer buys and have a custom metric that measures the % of visits that upgraded this product in session. We’ve extended this product tracking to another brand so want to add to the same metric, however existing sales are bringing this down. Metric is:Brand has upgrade option (Customer Upgraded (Orders) / Orders )Brand A has had product tracking all year, Brand B only had product tracking added this week but had order tracking all year. I need to add a date measure for Brand B with in my ‘Brand has upgrade option’ segment so the existing orders don’t dilute my metric before the tracking was added….

Hello - Does the priorities table in Workfront Home display items (tasks) only when the project status is set to current, and not show them when the status is planning? Can someone confirm please? 

Is there a way to add a default value to a hidden field only if the field is blank in the database? So if the person is a known record, the hidden field should get the default value only if it didn’t have a recorded value initially. If there was a recorded value initially, it should not be overwritten by the default value. 

Hello - On a WF custom request form, I am trying to create a calculated field that totals the values generated in other calculated fields. If it matters, the other calculated fields plus corresponding fill-in fields for quantity entries are set to display only when a selection is made from a separate dropdown field. For the other calculated fields, I am multiplying the quantity entries by specific numbers using the PROD expression: e.g.,  PROD({DE:Ad or Graphic Qty},100)So, the user selects one or more choices from a dropdown field (e.g., Ad or Graphic)A new field/fields then displays to enter a quantity for the selected option (Ad or Graphic Qty - this field formatted as a number). The PROD calculated field (Ad or Graphic Cost - also formatted as a number) also then displays. This calculated field works as expected. The last calculated field is set up to SUM all of the previous calculated fields, but the number always comes up as 0: e.g., SUM({DE:Ad or Graphic Cost}, {DE:Banner-Std Co

When our instance was set up back at the start of 2023, we requested a custom de-dupe based on first name, last name, email address. All three fields have to match otherwise a new record is created. We have an API integration with our CRM. Any newly created or updated records are batched into a CSV which is sent via the API to be absorbed by Marketo. At around the start of February, I noticed that leads with the same email address, but different names were no longer matching for an update, instead, the names were being overwritten (in some cases actually creating duplicates).Does anyone have any idea what might have happened to cause this? It has to be at the Marketo end, as we are not doing any matching, the API is just sending up a CSV.I have a ticket open, but support have suggested the issue is with our CRM. This simply cannot be the case.

I have an XDM Individual Profile schema that, among its fields, there is an array of strings. In the same way, I have a dataset based on that schema.I am using the Local File Upload source to upload CSV files. Hi,In the pref center form in Marketo, there are 22 different client interests (like events, webinars, newsletters…..) which is in checkbox(boolean). Inorder to make it bidirectional, we tried the normal procedure which is creating 22 sfdc custom fields and mapping it with marketo for bidirectional flow)Is there any other way other than this approach (instead of creation 22 individual custom fields), kindly share your thoughts.Thanks!

My understanding is that the record deletion feature is mainly for cleanup of anonymous/test data and CCPA (privacy service) is for deleting opt out of sale, or user's personal data, but do both options functionally achieve the same result?Here’s my scenario:I accidentally deleted a test record using a CCPA request.The record was a merged profile with 3 identities: SSID (primary key), ECID, and phone.After the CCPA deletion (based on phone), the record no longer had the phone number as an identifier. At the profile level, I only saw SSID and ECID. In my DSN (Adobe demo environment) I see such a field which can digest the asset directly from AEM Assets. However that field is a typical string. How to set up such field which can digest assets from AEM Assets?  

Hi AEP Community, Greetings! How much time does it take for profile attributes to sync in the profile store when ingestion type is streaming?I had the idea that, all profile attributes that is either ingested as batch ingestion or streaming ingestion (from a true streaming source), then it takes about 24 hours or 24+ for the values to be synced in the profile store and only then we could create segments. Is my understanding correct? or does streaming ingestion helps with profile attributes being updates in under few minutes and the audiences would qualify in under few mins? Thanks,Sambit

Hi, I’m trying to setup a daily dataflow from AEP to an SFTP using Destinations in AEP. I’ve setup the SFTP destination and have been able to connect to it successfully, but keep getting the following error:Unable to create directory for path sftp/SFTP_220260324_120519/part-00000-tid-2776579317160816273-5bb6a03a-8b4a-46fc-8fca-d3f38be573b0-1414191-1-c000.json.gz with the parameters flowId=9a432588-4c13-442c-85c0-9b968c07a5c3 datasetId=65aefbff544b412c9f33e273 flowRunId=d9568853-f592-4361-9b08-df20bb1db29f. The error message returned by the destination is Can't make directory for path "sftp" under "/".. I used the sample configuration and it worked, but after reviewing the documentation for second time, I realized that the maintenance window is supposed to be created under /conf. So what is correct place to keep this configuration?

I’m working on a Power BI dashboard for some of our business partners.  I’m told that delays with these projects frequently stem from the partners failing to approve proofs in a timely fashion.  In addition to project info, I am hoping to show folks info on current tasks and any pending proof approvals.I know that proofs use a completely different API than does Workfront.  My thought is to create a custom form for documents and populate it with reviewer/status info obtained from a Workfront Proof module (that way I wouldn’t have to hassle with making a Workfront Proof API call in PBI).  I tested the back end of this idea--pulling reviewer names/roles/approval status, aggregating those values, and updating a custom field attached to my document with the aggregated text--and it worked.I’m now trying to figure out the best way of isolating the population of objects I need for the front end of the scenario.  For my initial test, I’m hoping to pull documents with pending approvals for proje

Followed couple of articles and did not worked like by adding {HTTP_HOST}, is any header needed in CDN to support this?

Hi! I am creating a custom form on the project level, but would like for it to pull data from a specific issue from a specific task. Under the project, we have a task named, “Program Production.”  Within that task, an issue is created, containing the words “Code Request.” Within the issue, there is a field called, “Assignments.” This is the field I want to pull. To make this more complicated, occasionally the “Program Production” task does not have an issue. In this case, we would want to pull the “Assignments” field from the task instead. I want it to pull the specific person’s name, not the team/role.Is this possible?

This is a weird one.  I created a new component. No problems with it in AEM Local or lowest environment Dev.   It was present in the Design mode. I could enable it on my page. I could then add it to the page in Edit mode. However, in the Stage environment, the new component is simply missing. If I look in crx/de, the component is not there in the menu.Anyone have any idea what might have happened?  Or what sort of error messages might help me debug?thanksFiona

We have had a Chrome problem for a while and are trying to get to the bottom of it. Most people do not have issues, but for some employees (and not all the time) there is an issue with embedded Marketo forms not displaying. We are concerned this is happening with others as well so are trying to dig in further. It is only Chrome that has the problem. Here’s the console errors when this is happening. From a Gemini search, one of the suggestions is that we need to:update the Access-Control-Allow-Private-Network: true header added to the preflight (OPTIONS) response for our instance in the CNAME. Because go.ontic.co is managed by Marketo's infrastructure, you often have to reach out to their technical support. They recently updated their infrastructure to handle this for many customers, but older instances or specific CNAME setups sometimes get

So I have a custom text field attached to tasks. I customized my project view to include this column. I tried adding text to these fields and it refuses to save inline. However, I went into the task itself, edited the task, and added text to the field there. I saved it, came back to the project view, and it isn’t showing up. But going back into the actual task itself, and editing, I can see the text I added to the field.
