Hi!I'm trying to understand why one of my Adobe Analytics alerts isn't triggering.My configuration is:"Any of these metrics" with 2 calculated metrics. An additional AND condition with a minimum number of visits. Segments applied to all the alert rules. Rolling time window and hourly alertThe alert works when I create two separate alerts—one for each calculated metric—while keeping all the other conditions exactly the same. However, it doesn't trigger when both metrics are included under "Any of these metrics", even when one of them clearly exceeds the threshold.Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any limitation or known issue with using calculated metrics together with "Any of these metrics"?Thanks!

Hi Team,I’m setting up an Engagement Program for one of our monthly batch-and-blast campaigns. The goal is to move contacts between streams based on their engagement, so I believe an Engagement Program would be the best approach.We’ll have two streams: Awareness and Engagement. The Awareness stream will have four emails, sent weekly on Tuesdays. I have two questions: New contacts: The workflow will be refreshed every Monday to add any new contacts who were not part of the previous send. I want these new contacts to enter the stream but only receive the current week’s email, not previous emails. My understanding is that this can be managed through the Edit Availability settings by making each email available only on its scheduled send date, so new contacts automatically receive the next available email. We have a Google DV360 Destination. Whenever an Audience is activated to this Destination, we’ve noticed that there is no mapping step. What data from AEP is actually being shared from AEP to the Destination? Our understanding is that no PII is shared with a DV360 Destination.We have multiple identifiers set up in AEP. Our CRM ID is set up as the Primary identity. This ID will only have a value for clients. Prospects will not have a CRM ID. Subscriber Key is another unique identifier. GAID, which is derived from the _ga cookie, a Google Analytics first-party cookie. We do NOT have Apple's IDFA or Google's GAID set up.We don't believe any hashed email IDs are being shared. Again, there is no mapping step that shows email addresses mapping. We also don't believe Phone Numbers are being shared for the same reason.We don't have Adobe Audience Manager device identifier (AAM UUID) set up in the platform.

Hi,  We have scheduled Excel reports using Adobe Report Builder. Recently, we migrated these reports to the new Report Builder, and we were receiving the reports successfully through the new Report Builder until yesterday.However, we did not receive the reports today. I checked the Report Builder and noticed a “Delivery Error” status. It also shows that the workbook was sent, but we have not received it yet.Could you please let me know if there is any known issue with the new Report Builder or advise us on how to resolve this issue?Thank you for your help.Screenshots for your reference: Regards

Hello,I’d like to ask how to build a segment to identify which pages visitors are most likely to visit immediately before  a certain page.I attempted to build a segment to identify which pages visitors are most likely to visit immediately before a certain page. Using the Quick Segment feature, I was able to create the following segment.With this segmentation, I believe I can identify the page immediately preceding a certain page (e.g., Buy PD). However, it seems to be a little too restrictive.From what I understand, it only takes into consideration visits where there is no page view before the page immediately preceding a certain page (e.g., Buy PD). As a result, visits where a visitor  explored multiple pages before landing on Buy PD may not be included.I’d be grateful if anyone can help me with this.

While auditing our Marketing Channel performance using the Marketing Channel dimension and Marketing Channel Instances metric, I noticed an issue with our TikTok paid traffic.When breaking down Paid Social by Marketing Channel Detail, our TikTok campaign tracking codes (e.g., s_mwk_tt_...) are being captured correctly. However, under Referring Domains, I’m seeing 3K+ instances from www.tiktok.com. When I further break these down by Tracking Code, 2K+ instances are associated with the same active paid campaign tracking codes.I also double-checked our Marketing Channel Processing Rules, and the configuration appears to be correct.Could you help clarify what might be causing paid TikTok campaign traffic with valid tracking codes to be attributed to the Referring Domains channel under Paid Social instead of being captured directly through the tracking-code-based rule?

I am trying to fetch the last update date(Activity Date) for any updates done by the project owner in a Project by building an Automation in Fusion. I am using Journal Entry to get the activity date by the Project Owner. However I am not very sure how to get the last update date. The module which I have currently built is returning the first update date(Entry Date) for the Journal Entry by the Project owner. Can you help me how to sort the Entry date by descending order as I am not getting the Option in the Fusion interface to sort the Entry date.

On the Adobe Experience League documentation, I found some Permission items (Report Suite and Analytics Tools) with Description: “Not used”. I’m wondering if this means it is/going to be a deprecated feature? I'd appreciate any official confirmation or real-world validation of what I've outlined below.Our Setup:We have a Global Rule Set (channel domain) with two active email rules:Daily Email Limit: 1 email per dayWeekly Email Limit: 3 emails per weekOur journey is a Read Segment (batch) with the following structure:Email 1 → 10-Day Wait → Email 2My Understanding of the Behaviour:When a profile enters the journey and hits the daily or weekly cap at Email 1, the message is skipped but the profile continues moving through the journey canvas — it is not ejected. We are looking to create a report that pulls tasks into columns. The task column also needs to be a clickable/interactable link. Lets says I have a task called “Banana Slamma” and I want that task to be pulled in, with a link that takes you to that task page. Is this possible via textmode?

We have a number of Guest profiles in Workfront Proofing (not the standalone proofing product, we have proofing inside of Workfront) that we need to convert into users. We are needing to do this so that we can update their time zones and date/time display preferences in Proofing so they reflect correctly on their notifications. There are instructions for how to do this in the standalone proof product but not for proofing within Workfront. I am assuming that we can add them to Workfront and that will update their Proofing profiles from Guest to User however, we do not want to do this because these users do not need WF access and providing it would just cause confusion. 

I keep getting this error "This request was NOT successful because your browser stopped this request (net::ERR_ABORTED)" on a link click.The network call shows 'cancelled'. Same happens for any floodlight pixel implemented on these links. Does anyone know a solution to this? We have a campaign going live soon and need this urgently fixed.

Hi Team,We have a AJO journey where we are fetching some data like TEXT and HTML using a API call in a custom action and then using the variable fields like: {{{offerEmail.body.text}}} and {{{offerEmail.body.html}}} to populate the details in the HTML email.Its working fine if i use {{{offerEmail.body.html}}} but breaks if i use {{{offerEmail.body.text}}} like: Hi Customer/n/nHere is your test email/n/nClick Here.Hence i used HTML as its populates the partagraphs and the email looks good. Now the issue is that the API contains few API specific personalisations as well like: {{profile.person.name.firstName}}, {{profile.person.name.lastName}} and many more and while populating the content inside of the email body in AJO it does not open up to show the respective value but just shows the personalisation fields including the handle bar like: Hi {{profile.person.name.firstName}}Here is your test emailClick Here. Is there a way to get the values populate the values from the profile instead o

Hi there, Is it possible to use a combination of batch and streaming audiences in a single journey (noting - both use active on edge evaluation method). I have created a journey with the following:audience qualification based on a streaming audience using events Node checks if the member is part of a batch audience One hour wait  Node checks if member is part of a streaming audience Email Five day wait Node checks if the member is part of a batch audience. Will this journey reliably work with the combination of streaming and batch audiences? 

I noticed that capping is not counter properly in Offer Decisioning. Which schema is responsible for that:1. ajo_inbound_activity_event_dataset2. ODE DecisionEventsDoes the event that the offer is displyed and clicked in Mobile SDK is generated automatically or manually? In order for the capping to work I need to include of these two datasets include in Datastreams (that is what Adobe support advised). However these two schemas has different structure then that specific for Mobile SDK?
