Does anyone know of a good method to audit all custom Statuses?  We have a large amount of groups that each use different status lists.  Is there any way to export this data so it can be reviewed and updated?

I recently created a Recommendation activity, but the products are not appearing on the website. The activity qualifies, but the recommendation slot is not rendering any products.Has anyone else faced a similar issue while setting up recommendation activities?Also, are there any specific troubleshooting steps to identify why the recommendations are not showing? For example, checks related to criteria, entity attributes, mbox calls, catalog ingestion, or delivery calls.

Issue: Registered Workfront users cannot access proofs via shareable links. Steps to Reproduce: Copy link from "Get Shareable Link" within proof > Send to reviewer > Reviewer attempts to sign in. Error: “Your email or password is incorrect. Please try again.” Troubleshooting: Tested with multiple registered users; all are blocked by the same login error. How can I resolve this authentication loop?  

Hi,A user created a project in 2024, when Workfront was adopted by our company, he received a notification these days on the email that a task is due on this project, by accessing the link on the email, he is redirected to the task, but cannot do any changes.As a system admin, I only can visualize the project by accessing the link he received, so the project doesn’t exist in the list of projects.I was able to close the task for the user, but cannot:close the project, when I try to change the status to Completed - I receive the error : “Cannot modify personal project” cannot delete the project - in the 3 dots beside the name I have only Edit, Recalculate Timeline, Export and Recalculate Finance the share button doesn’t work - when I try to click on it - I receive the error: “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')”Have you seen this type of behavior ? Any idea on how I can close it ? or even delete it ?thanks,Bianca

I’m trying to create two external lookup fields that are using the Workfront Planning api to pull data from Planning.  I’ve created my first lookup fine and its pulling my Planning fieldId with the records I want to show users.  The fieldId output from this first field will drive what records a user sees in the second external field.  The Workfront Planning api uses JSON for filtering, which is curly brackets, and the dependency field needs curly brackets around the field you need the dependent output from.  What’s happening is when I try to build the filtering for the 2nd external field to use the output I need, it needs to be written in JSON so the dependency field is put everything in curly bracket if that dependency field, which obviously is not working.  Has anyone worked with Planning api within an external field to get a dependency, coming from another Planning field to work?  Any insight, ideas, or thoughts would be appreciated.

If this is not supported (neither via UI nor API), what is the recommended modeling approach in AEP to represent these relationships? Denormalization into the primary schema? Use of lookup datasets? Use of ExperienceEvent schemas with references? Are there any limitations or implications for Real-Time Customer Profile or segmentation when modeling these types of relationships? If I am establishing a business rule in EST timezone, and if the journey is running continuously for a year - will Adobe automatically accomodate for DST changes or will the daylight-saving timing change need to be done by the developers manually? Please confirm the same.

Team,Due to front end issue(uncovered via CXM tool), for a few of our customers, just the order screen payload wasn’t dispatched, but it was success per back end system records. So, Adobe Analytics has scAdd,scView,scCheckout, custom event(billing info & order review), just s.purchase missing.  Given s.Purchase missing no s.TransactionID too, and data source option is ruled out.Now, I have those ECID & customer ID(evarX) for very sessions, via Bulk Data insertion API, can I do one ingestion for all those? and will I be able to normal report as if payloads came from browser or there any considerations to be aware of? Currently I am working in creating some dashboards in Adobe Analytics for a mobile app and realized that I needed data like ‘First Launch’ and ‘Upgrades’, which are provided if I enable “App Reporting” in the report suite. Before doing this I want to know if there are any impact on performance, memory, or anything of the sort. I can’t find any documentation on why this is disabled or impacts of enabling this setting.

I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours.

Hi community,  We want to share details about a significant regression in AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 (Oak 1.88.x) where online garbage collection (GC) causes the segment store to grow instead of reclaiming disk space, along with an available workaround.  --- What is happening  Customers on AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 observed that after running online GC, disk usage was increasing rather than decreasing. Compaction was taking far longer than expected and writing significantly more data than on AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 (Oak 1.78.x) for the same repository.

Hi community,  We want to share details about a critical issue affecting AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 and AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 customers who perform offline compaction using oak-run.  --- What is happening  After running offline compaction via `oak-run compact` followed by two rounds of online garbage collection (GC), AEM instances were throwing SegmentNotFoundException (SNFE) and becoming inaccessible.  Who is affected  Customers on AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 or SP2 who have run offline compaction with an oak-run jar that does not include this fix. This was a blocker for all customers upgrading to AEM 6.5 LTS SP1/SP2.

I have a use case where I need to be able to filter on a report to pull in Monday through Sunday for the next week into the following week. For example, dates would be 4/6 - 4/19. This report is ideally ran on Friday’s but could be run on a Thursday if there was a holiday. I have set up a filter against my date field to show $$TODAY+3d between $$TODAYe+16d which does work if the report is only run on a Friday. Is this possible to hard code or would I need to have the end user default to using a prompt to ensure accuracy. Thank you!

Hi,Is there a way to search for a WF Planning user in Fusion, given that user’s ID? I am trying to get the name and email from a user, based on the ID provided in the Created By field of a Planning record. I know I can search for a user details via this API internal/user?name=<user_name>  but as far as I could tell, it does not allow me to search by ID. Thanks in advanceJoao

I have a use case where I have two PDFs. 1- Static PDF  2- Dynamic PDF, generated using AEM Form Communication API (https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/output-sync/).   Ask - I would like to insert static PDF pages after page 2 of Dynamic PDF(generated using communication API) using Document manipulation APIs (https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/assembler-sync/#section/Introduction).   Any sample code or DDX file, if this can be done?

Hello Everyone, I need to recreate a report from Analysis Workspace in Legacy Report Builder, and from what I have experienced the following aren't possible in Legacy ARB:  - breakdown eVar by prop (props not listed as option for breakdowns) - get custom event metrics for props  (no custom events listed in wizard) Is the above true, or am I missing something?  Thanks for any ideas.  Are there any documents which state these limitations? (I can successfully recreate the AW reports in the new Report Builder but the client isn’t running it yet)
