Is there a way to convert guest Workfront Proofing profiles to Users?

We have a number of Guest profiles in Workfront Proofing (not the standalone proofing product, we have proofing inside of Workfront) that we need to convert into users. We are needing to do this so that we can update their time zones and date/time display preferences in Proofing so they reflect correctly on their notifications.

There are instructions for how to do this in the standalone proof product but not for proofing within Workfront.

I am assuming that we can add them to Workfront and that will update their Proofing profiles from Guest to User however, we do not want to do this because these users do not need WF access and providing it would just cause confusion.

If you try to update the user record without issuing an access level, I think Workfront complains. There are some fields for a user you can you might be able to adjust if you build a report to list these users, then you can update settings in-line. But not all fields allow in-line editing when viewing it in a report.

In our case, we do add the user to Workfront (that is, the Admin Console) and issue the basic access level.
