Hi everyone, I have read the documentation and browsed the Q&As but so far, I am still not sure how an exit rate works combined with an eVar or Prop, hope you can help:We have few pages on our website and a lot of applications, sometimes several per page. That's why I need to use eVars / Props to check after which interaction with an application or after which process step a user left the website. Hello everyone,With the upcoming migration from traditional classifications to Classification Sets in Adobe Analytics, I had a question regarding performance optimization.Previously, when using classifications, we had to create them separately for each report suite, even if the same variable existed across multiple report suites.With Classification Sets, we can now create a single classification set and apply it to multiple report suites, which simplifies governance and management.However, the official adobe documentation mentions two important points :• Processing time improved from ~72 hours to ~24 hours• Performance mainly depends on the number of unique key values, especially when combining variables from multiple report suites into a single classification set.ScenarioSuppose we have the same variable (for example an eVar) across 8 report suites.Instead of creating one classification set covering all 8 report suites, would it be better from a performance perspective to create: Two

After the quarterly release yesterday, some users received a late notification email overnight regarding a task called “Discover the New Work List,” found in the User Name Tasks projects. Did anyone else get this notification?This text was included at the end of the notification email:“Description:This is the new overview page. We've added commonly-used information like due date, the project this task belongs to, associated URLs and more. But don't worry, you can change all this as you like. Just select the three dots in the top right of the details section and select <b>Customize</b>. All of the updates on the right of this box are updates associated with this task. I’d like to use attribute weighting in an item-based criterion in a way that makes sense to me but apparently didn’t occur to Adobe devs. The current setup has a weighting % slider, then you choose the attribute, then an operator, then you must enter a static value, so this is really just a leaky filter.What I want I want from your AI is this:Look at the attributes of the current item Look at which attribute(s) I’ve selected to weight Then look at the catalog items that also have this/these attribute(s) Recommend items with rank based first on similarity in these attribute values Ideally, you could also apply an operator here to tailor matching vs. anti-matching, e.g., highly recommend items that are more or less different in these attribute values

Hi,I have an requirement to convert the non-pdf to pdf documents, the AEM server installed is linux version. As per the Adobe documentation, Installed the openoffice and run the SRT. The response is nill. Also when checked with Adobe they are telling that there could be openoffice installation issue.I tried to reach openoffice team but there is no much use. can somebody help me here or guide on resolving this issue 

I created a report using text mode to group a task report by assignment, program and portfolio. I can see the groupings in the report details, but charting is not working. When I try to group the chart by program, I only see “project,” which does not give me what I’m looking for. Hello!Has anyone seen any documentation on what’s included in the various Planning packages? I've seen names like Planning Plus and Planning Prime but struggling to find what’s included in them. I did find this information in the Experience League article about what was included in the trial but not sure if that’s what is in Planning Prime for just the trial or if this is the standard offerings in Planning Prime. Hi Adobe Community, Greetings!  For AJO use case where streaming segment is one of the core dependencies, I wanted to check if we can potentially configure a trigger event journey that does not depend on streaming audience qualification?  Due to our current architecture with AEP, we're unable to get streaming segments to work in our instance, because our current connect type is based on a batch type of connector. So, even though we have set the ingestion cadence to 15 mins and profiles + events update in the profile store <15 mins but still the streaming audience do not qualify in real/near-real time as the current connection type doesn’t supports it. All other factors necessary for streaming segment to qualify is satisfied, except the connection type.  Creating a new connection would significantly delay our use case deployment. Hence we were exploring creating journeys that would trigger based on events.  As am not aware about AJO (am an AEP dev), Just wanted to get expert opinion

Does anyone know how to view analytics calls from a mobile device to see variables flowing into Adobe. 

We are working in a headless setup and i am trying to stay away from writing any custom JS functions for form field validations due to security reasons.For a simple rule example, prevent a Name field from accepting any special chars, i am unable to accomplish this entirely with rule editor. Tried many combinations and none worked. Have few similar use cases, where i need to use rule editor. i tried using “contains” but unable to find a way to concat multiple special chars.Any rule that i can pass a regex to validate, example Account Number (custom xx-xxxxxx). In foundation, we used to have a way to pass Regex. In core, i only see few OOTB example SSN, Phone number, Email, Zip etc. 

Hi team, We recently had a member of our team change her last name and she is now unable to create a proof out of documents uploaded in Workfront. She recieves the following error message, “Failed to generate proof - Unable to log into ProofHQ.” When I checked her proof profile I noticed her proof user type is now listed “guest.” Is there a way to edit the proof user type or has anyone found a solution to this issue?Note: We do utilize SSO, and the name change has been made to our directory.Best,E

I’m trying to do something similar for Vimeo, but my code isn’t working. 1. I do not see anything in the activity history other than the option to filter custom activity “Watched Vimeo Video”2. Chatgpt said “Cross‑Domain / Hostname Mismatch in Marketo Tracking” is the issue. Does this affect a Marketo landing page if the video is embedded there?3. Can someone point me to documentation on the “Summarize” options in reports?When creating a chart in a Workfront report, the user is required to select an option for “Summarized By”. In most cases there are two choices: Minimum and Maximum. What do these mean and how are they different? What other options exist and what are their meanings? I’ve see Count, Sum, and Average on column settings as well. I haven’t been able to find anything in the Workfront documentation.

Hello!  I am trying to pull together a list of MQLs who have opened an email (excluding confirmation emails unless they’ve opened a marketing email) and I would like it if someone can double check/verify that the logic is sound! (1 or (2 and 3)) Open email is not <Confirmation Email 1,2,3, etc.> this year Open email is any this year Open email is <Confirmation Email 1,2,3, etc.> this yearWe are trying to check and see how many MQLs this year have opened one of our emails this year so that we can report to leadership. My concern is that Open Email is Any would pull in people who have opened the confirmation emails only when what I am looking for are people who have opened a marketing email AND opened a confirmation email. 

Hi Adobe Community, Greetings! To support a new use case, we need to add few profile type attributes to an existing Individual profile class schema. To ingest the historical data for profile attributes, I know that we can create a new dataset and a new dataflow where we map the Primary Id + New fields so that existing profiles can sync in the values.  However, I wanted to check if we can do the same in the existing dataset without creating a new dataset for this exercise?And, If we create a new dataflow where we map the Primary Id + New fields and point it to the same/existing dataset - will it overwrite other columns with null values as other columns were not mapped in the dataflow? Thanks,Sambit

Hi All,I’ve created a Custom schema and a dataset with a primary identity configured and enabled for lookup. The schema contains 20 attributes, of which 15 are marked as required.When I try to ingest data using the UI JSON upload, the UI throws an error with an empty message ("Add data is disabled because a required attribute is missing"). However, when I ingest the same data using other sources such as S3 or HTTP API ingestion, it works without any issues.Based on an AI search:Primary identity need to be correctly configured. This may be a UI-related limitation. The drag-and-drop JSON uploader seems to use a “simple ingestion” path, which does not support the same flexibility as dataflows (for example: mappings, transformations, defaults, conditional logic, or excluding empty keys). The platform may be performing a pre-validation and blocking the upload if it determines that required attributes cannot be guaranteed, even before actual ingestion.Is this a known issue, or are there spec

Hi all,Im trying to calculate YoY% metric using CUMULATIVE fx advanced function. Do you know the cirteria or formula to calculate it base on this type of fuctions? I did MoM% and its perfectly done (see image below) but a tried to do it for YoY (ex: march 2025 vs march 2026) and was not able to do it. Does anyone know it? Could anyone help me? I’m working on a transactional journey in Adobe Journey Optimizer that is triggered by an event tied to a Prospect Event Schema.At the same time the event is ingested, the same individuals are also being written to the Prospect Profile schema. Hi everyone,I’m currently setting up an API connection to push data into Marketo and would appreciate some guidance.We’ve created a service in LaunchPoint and now have the Client ID and Client Secret. Our goal is to enable the engineering team to create leads in Marketo via the API.However, I’m a bit unsure about the authentication flow. The access token generated via “Get Token” is only valid for one hour, and I’m concerned that sharing a temporary token could cause the connection to break once it expires.Could someone clarify what credentials or details should be shared with the engineering team to ensure a stable integration? Also, how should the token refresh process typically be handled in this setup?Thanks in advance for your help!
