is there any Configuration Guide document for the OCM ? I have attached screenshot of guide document for Adobe Campaign. 

I made a report in Workspace and noticed hits from Linux. I broke it down by User Agent and most of the traffic were from Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/130.0.0.0 Safari/537.3. It’s also interesting that the Bounce Rate from these visits are very high, 99%. Are these from bots? If so, is the best way to handle it by making a Processing Rule (in Admin)?  

In AA it is possible to resize multiple columns of metrics at the same time in freeform tables. However this nifty feature doesn’t work in CJA as far as I have found. Copilot gives this response:In Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), there is currently no feature that allows you to bulk‑resize multiple metric columns at once. Column width in Freeform Tables can only be adjusted manually, one column at a time, by dragging the column borders in the Workspace UI.Is this feature planned to reappear in CJA?

Hi! Greetings for the day. We are implementing CJA for a leading Healthcare client. We are currently in the discovery phase, where we propose that they start with the CNAME approach using the Web SDK. Given that the CNAME approach is also not full-proof with browsers like Safari, they also want us to explore the Edge Network API for a future-ready implementation. They don't have CDP, and for now, they will only be sending web events (website interactions)-related data to AEP. What I understood is that the API is useful for environments that do not support Web or Mobile SDK, but we can deploy the Web SDK JS on their website. In our organization, each business unit (BU) has its own portfolio. Within these portfolios, programs are organized and aligned to the respective BU. However, is there a solution for a program to span across multiple BUs—essentially, for a single program to be associated with more than one portfolio?

Hello,I have a question regarding Content Fragment permissions in AEM as a Cloud Service.A user can publish Content Fragments from the Assets console, but when opening the Content Fragment Editor, the Publish button is not visible.The user currently has: jcr:all on /content/site jcr:all on /content/dam/site Membership in groups such as Authors, Contributors, and AEM Sites Content Managers (author). The user can edit and save the fragment without issues.Is there any additional permission or group required for the Publish button to appear in the Content Fragment Editor (for example jcr:replicate or workflow permissions)?Thank you for your help.

Hi! I created a query audience in an effort to test out the EXCEPT logical operator. I never have issues with adding or changing the AND or OR operators. However, when I add the EXCEPT, I can’t seem to figure out how to undo it and change it to a different operator again. Would love if someone could share how to switch it back, if at all possible. I am trying to create a dashboard for a director who wants to see not only the info of those she manages, but also the ones below her. For example:Director manages A and B. A manages person 1 and person 2. B manages person 3 and person 4.The director wants to see info about A, B, as well as person 1, 2, 3, and 4.Right now, I am only able to see those she manages directly, using the User > Manager ID = $$USER.ID.I would also like this report to be use-able with other directors down the line.Is there a way to show in reports (both reports and calendar reports) not only her direct manages, but those below?It might be a common need so if there’s a plethora of existing resources for this, please let me know!Thank you!

The requirement was to build a segment of – “Investors who bounced from the website i.e., made no hits after the initial page view” preferably in last 90 days. And to verify this we know that Bounce rate is about 56% of the page view traffic. For this I went through two approaches –Approach A -  – Building a sequential audience where the first rule will determine Investors who have had a page view and then did not have any link click value/event. This sequence would happen in Last 90 days.   Approach B –  -  Building two audiences where 1st audience will be Investors who have had a page view event/value in last 90 days. -  2nd Audience will be Investors who have had a page view followed by having a link click event/value in last 90 days (Sequential Segment). -  3rd   Audience contains above two audiences

Hi all, How is “HTML caching” different from “Aggressive HTML caching”?For me, HTML caching or for that matter any caching should be done as long as possible for performance. How differently are these two achieved in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)? Both use Dispatcher and CDN? Hi community, Within a workflow, we have calculated a field, segment_code. When the target audience arrives to the delivery, we want those with a value of T1 to be sent immediately and the rest to be sent 24 hours later. We don't want to create two deliveries; we want everything to be done within the same one. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

In the current A/B test (screenshot below), our team is perplexed as to why Experience B has the higher confidence rate while Experience A has the higher number of conversions. We are using Locate Dealer Search as our Segment, with our ultimate goal being the completion of a form on the dealer search page. Any input from experts on why/how conversions are measured? Did we structure the test correctly?  

We require all projects to live within a Portfolio, but the My Projects Widget allows users to create a project from there and creates a project not associated with a Portfolio. We have shown our users where to add a Portfolio but it has not solved the issue.Is there any way todisable the ability to create a new project from that widget remove the My Projects widget from being used at allI know that we can choose which widgets are default on a layout template, but it looks like the user can still go into the list of widgets and add another one.Anyone else have this issue and find a solution?

Hello! I am having some issues with getting Adobe Target to fire on my Google Chrome since switching to a new computer. I am the platform owner for my team so as you can image, if the experiences are not firing for me on my main browser, this is a problem.  On my old computer the experiences (when activated) would show on microsoft edge and google chrome, now they are only showing on microsoft edge. However, others on google chrome can still see the experiences so it appears to be just me. Troubleshooting I have tried: 1. Accepting all cookies 2. Clearing my cache3. Restarting my computerClosing all tabs and trying againLooking for assistance and suggestions please and thank you!
