I signed up for the free trial and canceled the recurring charge, and yet two months later I was charged for the annual subscription. How do I get a refund since they are charging me an upfront fee after I cancelled? I can't get in touch with support.

Hiya,I currently created a VRS based on a parent RS. Other VRS can be selected in Data warehouse and the RS is also enabled Data warehouse but when I selected the one that I created, the error as below will be pop up. What else setup do i miss?FYI：Error:The virtual report suite you selected is not compatible with Data Warehouse. Choose a different report suite before continuing.  

Hi Team,In AJO, I have created an API-triggered campaign for OTP delivery, which is used for application login. While setting up the campaign, I enabled the webhook option to capture the customer status.I have a couple of questions: Where is the feedback data stored in AJO? Specifically, which dataset contains the email/SMS tracking or feedback events? I have configured the feedback webhook as well. For this, do we need to create and host the webhook URL externally, or is there a way to generate it within Adobe? Could you please help clarify these points?Regards,Nikhil

Hi All,We have migrated from a 3rd party DAM provider to AEM AssetsWe are now replacing the 3rd party dependency and package by changing the sling:resourceType FROM custom path "/apps/3rdparty-connector/core/ui/components/content/custom-pathfield" TO sling:resourceType="cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload".Our Sites Program and Assets Program are different and hence need to be connected via Remote DAM Asset Selector. To do so, we have added the configuration "com.adobe.cq.ui.wcm.commons.internal.services.NextGenDynamicMediaConfigImpl.cfg.json" to connect to remote DAM Instance.We are able to connect to DAM Instance and using remote option for image selection able to select the image and display it in our pages. Web Team’s ViewI have created a Processed Web Request report and am hitting a roadblock when sharing with two members of the Web Team. Their report is blank, they can see the Title of the Report Name, that is all.I have checked their access to reports and they are both set to Edit. If an AB activity is running on Page X, then help me understand how a visit is counted in A4T for below scenario?User comes to Page X and leaves. This user comes back again in a new visit but doesn’t visit Page X (where activity is running) - Will this new visit be included in my AB activity? NOTE: We only do Visits level reporting in A4T for AB tests.

Hi,We have installed AEM 6.5 on C drive and due to some disk space issue, we need to move the installation to E drive on Production. Its is a on premise AEMIs it safe to copy the entire AEM folder from C to E by stopping and then starting after the files are copied to E drive on production.Are are any internal references to C location within the application, once its installation and running.Appreciate any assistance here. I used to be able to include multiple metrics as columns in a freeform table, and when I resized one column, they would all adjust evenly. Similarly, when I overlapped a metric on top of segments, it formatted correctly with all segments grouped under that single metric.What changed, and is there a way to get back to that original setup? I know this may seem minor, but I spend a lot of time working in freeform tables, and this change is starting to feel pretty tedious.  

Hello,Is it possible to create dynamic templates that can be used when creating a project from either a template or a request?For example:When creating a new project and selecting a template, can related sub-templates be displayed under the main template for selection?If that is not possible, is there an alternative approach where, after selecting a template, certain fields on the project creation page can be used to dynamically adjust values—such as applying a different template configuration or modifying custom fields based on those inputs?

I'm developing an Adobe App Builder integration to sync product data present in Salsify to AEM Content Fragments via the OpenAPI in my RDE environment. IMS OAuth authentication is working correctly (I'm obtaining tokens with the correct scopes: aem.fragments.management,aem.folders), and I've added my OAuth Server-to-Server credential to the "AEM Sites Content Managers - Author" product profile in Admin Console.However, when my App Builder action calls the Content Fragments API (GET /adobe/sites/cf/fragments), I receive a 403 Forbidden error with: "IMS Client ID not allowlisted. Allowlist the Client ID using the Configuration Pipeline."How do I properly configure my RDE environment to allow this OAuth Client ID to create and manage Content Fragments?Specifically:(1) What is the correct method to allowlist the Client ID in an RDE  environment (2) Should I add the OAuth credential to any other product profile instead of "Sites Content Managers"?(3) Is there additional RDE-specific configu

I have a ticket open with Support about this, but I’m curious to know if anyone else is facing this. We have a large number of dashboards pinned via Layout Template to the Portfolio or Program object - things like a portfolio snapshot, program snapshot, air traffic control, that sort of thing. Previously, you could build the reports on those dashboards and not require a filter for a specific program or portfolio - they would automatically filter results down to the respective object you were viewing the pinned dashboard from. So if you were viewing the dashboard from within Portfolio A, it would NOT show you results from Portfolio B or Portfolio C. However, if you opened a specific report in another tab outside of the current Portfolio, it would show you results from the entire system (assuming you didn’t have something in your filter to prevent that from happening).Today, our Portfolio pinned dashboards work as expected, but our Program ones do not. I have created a Workspace Project Template which I intend to use for another of my organization which will also have the same schema and datasets, connections, dataviews. I have added a few calculated metrics in my Template. I was wondering how do I replicate the same Workspace Project using the Template for another Org ID using the calculated metrics I created previously?The idea here is to basically analyze the same structure of data in the same manner but for different organizations. Do the calculated metrics get copied from the Template?

I have a question regarding an issue I am seeing with internal referrer data appearing in my marketing channels within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).I am observing that the same site domain is being classified under the Internal Referrer marketing channel with a very high volume of traffic. Hello,I’ve been using the Data Insertion API so far, and i’ve been informed of the end of life for the Adobe Analytics 1.4 API.However, this guide indicates that the Data Insertion API is an exception.My client’s is adamant of the opposite, quoting the EOL date that they received from the support.Is the guide i’ve provided obsolete and the Data insertion API will be closed as well? Or was there a miscommunication somewhere?

I have been having a hard time trying to understand what the difference between Eventual Path and Next hit on the Fallout Report means and as well why the Visits on the Fallout VS the total Visits remains different.The fallout report has 34799 Visits for a Page A and when they move to Page B they have 15.5k visits. However, when I look at the Visits of the Page A individually they stand at 39405. Also, the Page B visits are at 12K which eventually has to be 15.5k. The way page B KPI Card is made that row has Previous Page Name as A and Column has Page B as the name.  Can someone help me understand the difference why this is occuring?

In the hierarchy the root object’s properties are no longer available to make changes to the settings.  This makes the pages objects under it unavailable in to the settings of the Pagination window.  Without these settings being usable then pages can’t be assigned to masterpages.
