AJO - SMS Tracking Logs

In AJO, SMS tracking logs don’t always appear as a separate “dataset” in the same way as email tracking. When using providers like Twilio, most of the delivery and event-level logs (delivered, failed, etc.) are handled on the provider side and then partially reflected in AJO reporting.

You might want to check:

• The message feedback service / delivery status mapping in your SMS configuration
• If tracking events are being ingested into Experience Platform datasets
• Twilio logs directly (since click tracking vs delivery logs can be handled differently)

In many setups, detailed SMS logs (DLR, failures, routing info) are more accessible from the SMS provider rather than inside AJO itself.

In one integration I worked on, we had to rely on the provider’s API/webhooks to get full delivery tracking and then sync that back into our system for reporting.
