I signed up for the free trial and canceled the recurring charge, and yet two months later I was charged for the annual subscription. How do I get a refund since they are charging me an upfront fee after I cancelled? I can't get in touch with support.

Hello ​@Hshahahs there is no “free trial” for Adobe Analytics… are you sure you are in the correct forum? I am suspecting you are referring to something more like Adobe Creative Cloud? Ensuring you are in the correct forum is key to getting you in contact with the correct support.
