I’m trying to create a new field in an already profile-enabled schema. I usually add fields to this schema without any issues, but today I’m encountering an error. The error indicates that there is an empty object in another schema that this one is referencing. I checked the referenced schema, but I’m not able to find any empty object there.Has anyone encountered this before or knows what might be causing it?Error:An object field has an empty 'properties' attribute. Field path: /definitions/customFields/properties/<field group
Hi folks!!What I want to do is have the total hours in a timesheet grouped up by a Team. Then have an average of that amount by the number of people in that team. So that it spits out something like, Team a 42 hrs, Team B 47 hours. Etc etc.I was trying to group the hours by home team, but then the average was calculating the average of the individual hours entered, so it was showing 2.66 and such as each individual input of hours was around 1-4 at a time.It may be something that it cant do as a native report. I got quite far in getting it to add up all the total hours in a timesheet for a team, but it cant average by the amount of users in the team, (at least it wasn’t a standard option).Any help as always appreciated!
Hi Workfront Community,Has anyone created functionality in Workfront that enables users to scope initiatives that are in the sales pipeline, but not yet converted to a closed deal?Currently, our Client Partners team puts together SOWs and scopes for various products and services we offer. They do this in scoping spreadsheets right now to get an idea of estimated hours, resources, teams and revenue that will be involved. In the past, we had “scoping” projects in Workfront, defined by a custom project status, where we created tasks, with hours and resources, and although this worked for a while, users wanted something with more flexibility and thus moved to spreadsheets.Just seeing if anyone has implemented solutions in Workfront for this, as this will help with my ideation process. Thanks!Nick
Good morning,Recently I’ve been trying to make a deep dive on the Time on Site users spend on my web and I noticed that I have a very big difference between the Time on Site we see on the Freeform table for All visits, and the time we see in the the Key Metric Summary, even though we have the same filters applied.I can tell it’s because of the days average but I would need you as experts to help me understand:Why such a big difference The meaning of each KPIThank you in advance!
We are trying to upload a new classification file (.tab) in Adobe Analytics - Admin > Classification Importer. When we upload the file the section with “Overwrite data on conflict” checkbox greyed out / not selectable. We need our data to fully update based on our new file. Is it going to update the data if that checkbox is not checked? Appreciate your help. Thanks!
Hello Team, Is there any way to access AEM Experience fragment in AJO ?@ManikSingla Could you please advice on any possible ways to do this as per this comment on a previous post - Thank you!
I have a report that totals the number of label jobs in a day, and each job has a quantity. The results are grouped by day, so the summary tab has the date, count of jobs for each day, and a total sum of labels produced (custom field - number format).the data displays properly on the summary tab, and the complete data shows up on a PDF export, but the Sum column has no data in the excel data exports. if i export tab delimited to notebook, the totals are also there. any help? thank you.
Hi I was hoping someone could help me understand how the binding works with fragments. We created a address fragment and used it on our Adaptive form. The Adaptive form is already bound to a .schema.json. The address exists as a panel under Personal Information. So, we replaced this address panel with a fragment and bound the fragment to “$.yourinformation.address” where “yourinformation” is the parent panel. The fields within the fragment are all bound to themselves like $.street etc. When we submit this form, the JSON shows the address outside of yourinformation. This is not matching with the .schema.json and so prefilling is failing on the XDP. Below are the screen shots i have attached.
I am trying to populate data from Custom Objects in Marketo into a data field in Marketo as well. I know I can’t use smart campaigns with flow step of Change Data Value but I would like to know if there is a way to do so.
Hey Marketo Community!I have a few questions about Marketo instance migrations, specifically around what does and does not carry over after a configuration copy. Email Links and Asset References - Which email links or asset references, if any, may break and require manual updates after the configuration copy? Specifically, I’m asking about emails: Referencing assets via Design Studio / image picker Using manually pasted links Using program tokens containing links Landing Page URLs - For active landing pages, do existing URLs carry over to the new instance? My understanding is that they would if the domains remain the same, but I’d appreciate confirmation. Historical Data - Does historical data carry over, or is it cleared by default? Adobe’s scope appears to include only: Cookie migration Person record migration for Marketo-only records Program and static list membership migration 90 days of email activity migration Any insights are appreciated. Thank you!
Is there still an option to edit our posts? I know it was there at some point, but no I don’t see it anymore.
Hi all,I'm working on an AEM 6.5 project and need to serve Content Fragment data as a hierarchical JSON response grouped by subfolder, not just a flat list. Looking for advice on whether my approach is sound or if there's a better way.RequirementI have content organized in subfolders under a parent folder in the DAM. Each subfolder represents a "section" of a page, and each section contains multiple content fragments of the same model.DAM structure:/content/dam/.../parent-folder/ ├── section-alpha/ │ ├── item-1 (CF) │ └── item-2 (CF) ├── section-beta/ │ └── item-1 (CF) ├── section-gamma/ │ └── item-1 (CF) └── section-delta/ ├── item-1 (CF) ├── item-2 (CF) └── item-3 (CF)Expected JSON response (strict contract with frontend):{ "page_name": { "section_alpha": { "items": [ { "field_a": "value", "field_b": 2, "field_c": ["tag1", "tag2"], "field_d": "some expression", "field_e": "Title
Hi everyone,I’m working with AEM + Universal Editor + Edge Delivery Services. Is there a way to display a custom name per block instance in the Content Tree, based on a model field (e.g., authorLabel)?I want authors to label blocks like “Hero – Home” or “Hero – Campaign” and see that in the tree, instead of just the default component name.Is this supported or is there any extension point to achieve it?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’m exploring ways to integrate an SMS platform with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer for real-time customer communication.Specifically, I’m trying to understand:How can we trigger SMS messages based on real-time events or customer journeys? What’s the best approach for API or webhook-based integration with AEP? Are there any recommended architectures or best practices for handling high-volume messaging? How do you manage compliance and security when sending transactional or promotional SMS through Adobe tools? If anyone has implemented something similar or can share insights, examples, or documentation, that would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
Hello,I'm currently working on a project using X-walk and the Universal Editor and have a question regarding how sheets are handled.Does the Experience Delivery Service (EDS) support only one sheet per type (e.g., taxonomy, metadata) for an entire project? When I try to create mappings for a second sheet of a specific type (for example, a second metadata sheet named metadata2 or a second taxonomy sheet), publishing it to the EDS fails to generate a json file, resulting in a 404 error.I’ve also read in the documentation that using a shared- prefix might be a solution, but this approach does not seem to work with X-walk either. If X-walk projects are indeed limited to a single sheet per type, is there another recommended approach to implement page-specific sheets within the EDS? Thanks in advance for any insights you can provide!
We’re looking to enable a generic URL for joining the live session of a Marketo Interactive Webinar, so it can be shared on non‑Marketo landing pages and used by anyone to join the event. We also want to include the ICS calendar file on the external page.Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and is there any recommended workaround?
Hi everyone,I am a beginner with Adobe Campaign Classic and I am trying to automate a database schema synchronization using the SOAP APIs.I’m looking at the xtk:builder#UpdateDb method. The documentation mentions it requires an XML parameters argument, but it doesn't provide the internal structure or the attributes supported by this XML.I have already successfully run BuildUpdateSchemaDiff, but I'm stuck on how to properly format the UpdateDb call to actually execute the changes.Could someone provide an example of the XML structure for the parameters argument?
Hi community. I am seeking some help regarding journey capabilities. In a lapsed traveler win-back journey I want to test the impact of entry cadence by splitting the audience into two cohorts within the same journey:Cohort A – Enters on a bi-weekly schedule (current setup) Cohort B – Enters on a daily schedule (proposed)All other journey elements would be identical — same messaging, same wait times between emails, same structure. The only variable being tested is how frequently users can enter the journey. Both cohorts would also share a 30-day re-entry suppression window.I was advised internally that this is not feasible in AJO because the two entry cadences represent distinct qualification paths and cannot exist within a single flow.My questions for the community:Is there any native way in AJO to support two different entry cadences within a single journey for a cohort test? If not, would the recommended workaround be to build two separate journeys — one per cohort — and split the a
Hi all, How do we use JSTL in AEM?Any examples? With Sightly, we have moved away from JSPs.What is the relevance of JSTL in AEM? Appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.

Hi all,I'm sending an object array (listObject) from an AJO custom action to an ACC v8 transactional message. Simple string fields render fine, but the collection is always empty.AJO payload config:"orderItems": { "toBeMapped": true, "dataType": "listObject", "label": "orderItems", "fields": { "productName": { "dataType": "string" }, "quantity": { "dataType": "string" } }}Event History always shows:<ctx> <customerName>John</customerName> <orderId>ORD-12345</orderId> <orderItems-collection/></ctx>In AJO the orderItems field is set as Variable with type listObject, and child fields are mapped using currentItem.productName, currentItem.quantity.String fields work. The array is collapsed to <orderItems-collection/> — items are never stored.Already tried: schema with unbound="true" ordered="true", re-publish template, verified AJO.Questions:Is this a known limitation when ACC v8 receives JSON arrays via PushEvent from AJO? The co
A department is adding a new queue with a new custom form to their request project. The form shows the name but not any of the fields when someone goes to make the request. It only shows up for admins and for the project owner who does not have an admin license. I have tried creating a new form and it still did not work. Also created new fields and still not showing. Tried it on a different queue. The form is set as edit for those who submit, no restricted access. The queue is system wide. The project and form is shared with everyone. And the other queues and forms work. But when logged in as a user or if they try, it only shows the name of the form. Any ideas on why it is doing it and how to fix it?
