Retain a UI or Query Service metadata link back to the original AJO template name after an email is published in an Orchestrated Campaign. Why is this feature important to you Once an email is live, it becomes practically impossible to trace which template was originally used without relying on manual implementation notes, which severely hinders template auditing, governance, and optimization efforts. How would you like the feature to work Published messages should persist a metadata attribute indicating the Source Template used to create them, maintaining a traceable link back to the original asset. Current Behaviour Once an AJO template is applied to an OCM email and published, it becomes an independent message and AJO does not retain a UI or Query Service metadata link back to the original template name

We’re currently evaluating an enterprise API migration strategy for an AEM Cloud implementation and wanted to get input from teams that already went through something similar.Historically, our downstream AEM services relied on a middleware layer that handled:response transformation, field normalization, validation mappings, and compatibility logic for consuming components. Now that we’re moving closer to direct enterprise API consumption, we’re debating whether it’s better to:Introduce a transformation/adaptor layer temporarily to preserve compatibility for existing AEM services/componentsORRefactor all consuming services directly against the new API contractMain concerns are:scalability, long-term maintainability, regression testing effort, performance overhead, and dependency coordination across multiple teams.Would be interested in hearing how other enterprise AEM Cloud teams approached this tradeoff in production environments.
I am pulling a Task report and grouping by Project Name. One particular project meets the filter criteria, but I can’t figure out why it isn’t pulling into the report. Can someone please look at the screenshots and tell me what I’m missing? Filter Criteria Project Details - none of these tasks for this user are showing in the report, but meets the criteria. All of the other Projects for her are capture here, best I can tell. But I’m afraid if this one is missing, others may be too.
I am trying to add aria-label to rte link plugin. I have added it but its getting stripped even after adding the value to the xss protection config. How to solve this.
We are curious if anyone has done the following in Fusion with Outlook: Receive a new email to a targeted email address in Outlook When the email hits the inbox, have Fusion read the email and download all attachments and once downloaded have the attachments move to targeted project folder We have a use case where we might also need to have a new folder created and then have files uploaded from the outlook email Can Fusion read metadata off the email to create a folder?
Hi,I am seeing an issue on trying to load a custom js on Adaptive form (edit/preview mode) on AEM author instance, but the same custom js is loading fine on AEM publisher.Adaptive form in created on AEM 6.5.24 and using foundation component. The custom js is located here: /apps/<project_name>/clientlibs/clientlib-adaptive-forms/custom.jsI want to initiate this custom.js on a button click on adaptive form.So in the rule editor for the button, I see an error, on trying to search for the custom function within custom.js. It shows as undefined variable. The reason is that, the custom.js is not loading on both edit/preview mode. All the files within this /apps/<project_name>/clientlibs is not loading on AEM author, but the it loads fine when the adaptive form in published on aem publisher?Any suggestions please?
How can we determine that on browser network tab (or so) if the a content is rendered via AJO web channel ?
Hi WF Community,Based on what I’ve read, I don’t believe you can automatically have a custom form attached to documents that users add to a record. I know you can for project, task and issue records, but I just wanted to do a gut check here to ensure I’m not missing a feature. Thanks!Nick
I am looking for options to integrate Marketo with Microsoft teams for webinars. We are using Marketo forms for registering people and we want form submissions automatically register people into the correct Teams webinar (we are using Teams Premium), allow Teams to send access and reminder emails. And from Marketo we send confirmation email just after form fill. If possible get attendance statuses back to Marketo for post-webinar engagement. But main pain point is automatic registration for now.Currently, webinar registrations and attendee management involve manual operational effort- we export the registrants list from Marketo then import it in Teams. Please let me know what would be the best option for integration and any insight you can share on this. Thanks!
Hi Team, We are sending data to Event hub Destination and the source of the records are streaming. We have observed that even after profiles no longer meet the audience criteria, records are still being sent to the destination (at least for the first occurrence after exit). After reviewing the Adobe documentation on Profile Export Behavior, it appears that this is expected behavior in AEP for enterprise streaming destinations.Profile export behavior | Adobe Experience PlatformHas anyone encountered a similar scenario earlier? If so, could you please suggest any potential workaround or best practices to handle this? Thanks in Advance Regards,Mustufa Momin
Is there any hack to be able to show a calendar at the gantt view level to not show everyday in the month and just consolidate to a week or even a month view? This gantt view is not helpful to me because you have to dooms scroll to see how and where they overlap for a multi month program. the visual is not great.
I’m working on a document report with filtering for documents on tasks titled “Engineering Review” that are pending a task approval. I’m filtering out the process guides that are on the tasks, and would like to have these results span across multiple programs in the same portfolio. My text mode filter is:AND:1:name=ApproverAND:1:name_Mod=notcontainsAND:2:name=ReviewerAND:2:name_Mod=notcontainsname=Process Guidename_Mod=notcontainsproject:portfolioID=XXXXXXXproject:programID=XXXXXXXproject:status=CURtask:name=Engineering Reviewtask:name_Mod=cicontainstask:pendingApproval=truetaskID_Mod=notblank(Works great for just one program)I’ve attempted to add an additional program ID as “project:programID=XXXXXXX,XXXXXXX” or as “OR:1:project:programID=XXXXXXX” in text mode. Neither has worked thus far. Am I off base for thinking that filtering multiple programs is possible? Any insights are appreciated.
On a Marketo form, is there a way for me to use the checkboxes field type, but limit the number of boxes someone can check? For example, I have a list of 10 checkbox options on a form field, but I don’t want people to select more than two. Is there a rule I can set up to make this possible?
Hi, we are using AEM Guides Native PDF for publishing PDFs, and I wanted to check if others have encountered issues with table break behavior.Current behavior:Tables that begin and end on the same page render correctly. When a table spans across multiple pages: The portion on the next page starts directly with the table header. The table continues from where it was split, without any indication that it is continued. Expected behavior:Tables that begin and end on the same page should continue to work as expected. When a table spans multiple pages: The table portion on subsequent pages should display a label such as:"Table #: Table Title (continued)" This should be followed by the table header and the remaining table content. Example image:
I'm using AEM aa CS, I need to generate a PDF using xdp template and xml data. So i used Output service api as per the below link.Generate PDF documents using output service | Adobe Experience ManagerI'm getting the import error while uploading the bundle in my local AEM aa CS.I added the following dependency.<dependency><groupId>com.adobe.aemfd</groupId><artifactId>aemfd-client-sdk</artifactId><version>6.0.1328</version></dependency>Please let me know if i missed anything, thanks.
Hi Team,I had a few questions regarding the Marketo BCC setup for Trustpilot:I currently do not see the BCC option enabled in our Marketo instance. Does this need to be enabled through Marketo Support? Trustpilot mentioned they would provide a unique email address that needs to be BCC’d so they can trigger review request emails. Based on the documentation i read, it seems the BCC feature is enabled at the instance level. If correct, would every email sent from Marketo send a BCC copy to Trustpilot? Our concern is that this could significantly increase email volume/credit usage. I also read about a possible workaround using meta tags/rule-based filtering so only selected emails with the meta tags are processed for BCC. Would that approach work, or is there a better recommended setup? We could consult our IT team if this option could be leverage, could you confirm ?Thanks in advance for your guidance.Regards,Akshat

Hi Team,I have a question regarding the usage and limitations of array-type and map-type attributes in Orchestrated Campaigns (Adobe Journey Optimizer).Context :We are working with a Profile-enabled dataset that contains:Array fields (e.g., list of addons, purchased items)Map attributes (e.g., key-value structures like perDay)Data is successfully ingested into AEP, and values are visible in Profile Viewer.Observed behaviorScalar attributes (string/number/boolean) :These are visible in Read Audience activity under Add Attributes sectionArray attributes and Map attributes: These are not visible in Read Audience activity under Add Attributes sectionQuestionsMap Attribute Support and Array usage:Are Map-type attributes and array objects are supported in Orchestrated Campaign? If not, is there a recommended pattern to expose/use them?
We have a non-XDM compatible dataset enabled for upsert with a couple of fields of type Object[].rootNode.fieldName: Object[]rootNode.anotherFieldName: Object[]We want to be able to edit one of them at a time and to replace the whole list on that update operation, including emptying out the list. On the dataflow mappings we have that field mapped asupsert_array_replace(rootNode.fieldName) -> rootNode.fieldNameWe were able to see full list replacements where the profile attribute had [A, B] and we sent [C] and it worked correctly becoming just [C].Our issue is that we couldn't clean the field from [A. B] to [] by sending [] or null, or anything else we could think of on the HTTP merge-enabled call. How can we clean an attribute of type list in that case?
Hi everyone,we have implemented a dashboard in Power BI that pulls data from some Adobe Analytics segments. Some visuals, however, are connected to Databricks. Our goal is to set up an automatic refresh for this dashboard. For this reason, we created a Server-to-Server integration in Adobe Analytics, which provided us with an API Key to configure in Power BI.The API key has been configured in Power BI, but the refresh fails every day, or sometimes multiple times per day, especially for the visuals connected to Databricks. The error message shown is the following:It looks like the refresh token expired. Please go to this dataset's settings page, and reenter the {CredentialType} credentials for the {DatasourceType} data source. When opening the error details, we see this message:Last refresh failed: 5/6/2026, 8:18:19 AMAn error occurred while processing the semantic model.Data source error:{"error":{"code":"DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError","pbi.error":{"code":"DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedE
My site recently added the ability to add tags to articles and we’re looking to segment out articles that have specific tags. The intended result: see the # of visits to a page with Tag=recipe from January 1, 2026-May 1, 2026Actual result: seeing the # of visits to a page with Tag=recipe from April (the tag implementation date) to May 1, 2026.The segment logic currently is: Hit levelTags = “Recipe” How do I fix this so that it shows the total visits for a page with a tag on it?
Hi everyone,I’m working on a large-scale DAM migration in Adobe Experience Manager using CopyMoveAssetCommandBuilder, and I’m trying to understand the best strategy for maintaining publish consistency after asset moves. The main issue I’m facing is that CopyMoveAssetCommandBuilder updates references, but it does not seem to return the list of modified resources/paths affected by the operation (or at least I haven’t found a way to retrieve them).Example: Asset is moved from one DAM path to another References inside Content Fragments are updated Pages consuming those Content Fragments are indirectly affected However, I don’t have a reliable way to identify all modified resources that should be republished This becomes a major problem at scale because: Content Fragments may remain unpublished with stale references Pages consuming those fragments may also need republication The dependency chain can become quite large Manual traversal is expensive for hundreds of thousands of ass
Hi everyone,I’m working on a large-scale DAM migration in Adobe Experience Manager using CopyMoveAssetCommandBuilder. The main issue is that while references are updated during asset moves, I can’t find a way to retrieve all modified resources/paths affected by the operation.Example: Asset is moved Content Fragment references are updated Pages consuming those fragments are indirectly affected But I can’t reliably identify everything that should be republished At scale, this creates publish consistency concerns because Content Fragments and pages may remain published with stale references. What I’m trying to achieve: Detect impacted resources recursively Republish in controlled batches Track errors/audit results in DAM Retry failed republishes safely Questions: Is there a supported way to retrieve modified resources from CopyMoveAssetCommandBuilder? Are there recommended APIs/services for resolving downstream dependencies efficiently? Is Reference Search the recommended ap
Hi community - hoping someone can help with this We have an intake form where requestors fill in an "Expected Completion Date." When the PM converts the request to a project using a template, the project's planned completion date and due date are driven by the template duration (5 days from conversion date) - not by what the user selected on the form.So for example if a request comes in May 18th and the template is 5 days, the project due date lands on May 23rd. But if the requestor said they need it by May 29th, that date is just sitting in a custom field on the project and we have to manually go in and update the planned completion date every time.I tried building a Fusion scenario to automate this - the idea was to watch for when a project gets created from a request and then update the planned completion date to match the custom field value - but couldn't get it working properly.Has anyone solved this either natively in Workfront or through Fusion? Would love to know the right appr
