Power BI refresh issue with Adobe Analytics Server-to-Server integration and Databricks visuals

Hi everyone,

we have implemented a dashboard in Power BI that pulls data from some Adobe Analytics segments.
Some visuals, however, are connected to Databricks.

Our goal is to set up an automatic refresh for this dashboard. For this reason, we created a Server-to-Server integration in Adobe Analytics, which provided us with an API Key to configure in Power BI.

The API key has been configured in Power BI, but the refresh fails every day, or sometimes multiple times per day, especially for the visuals connected to Databricks.

The error message shown is the following:

It looks like the refresh token expired. Please go to this dataset's settings page, and reenter the {CredentialType} credentials for the {DatasourceType} data source.

When opening the error details, we see this message:

An error occurred while processing the semantic model.

We also tried disabling automatic refresh, but unfortunately the same error message still appears, and we still need to re-enter the credentials to restore the Databricks visuals.

Important note: we are currently still using the legacy API 1.0.

Our question is:
Could this behavior be related to the Server-to-Server integration / API key configuration in Adobe Analytics, or is it more likely a Power BI issue related to credential handling for the Databricks data source?

Any guidance or similar experience would be greatly appreciated.
