I am trying to solve a particular use case whereby I use a custom wait activity to determine how long to wait before a customer is sent communications. This custom wait activity needs to based on the customer’s Australian time zone. Importantly we do not have time zone preference details enabled in AEP/AJO because we do not have this source data. We might in the future. Therefore I am trying to determine if we can use the advanced expression editor to write the necessary logic within the journey to determine the customer’s wait time.  GOAL: if time of event is X-time or later local time pass through the condition and send email/SMS, else wait Z-mins until it is X-time customer local time before continuing onto the next journey node. I want this to automatically calculate/adjust for daylight savings instead of manually updating wait times whenever daylight savings changes. For example if the goal is to send comms at 12pm noon, this means if the customer is in WA (Western Australia [Pert

Has anyone tried to create a dashboard that displays project level information that can then be added to the project itself in the sidebar? I have some designers asking for a more visual way to represent project data that would be accessible at a glance on their actual project.Thinking if it IS possible, it could be done with wildcards, but struggling to figure out how to reference the data on the project the dashboard is actually attached to.If this is not possible, what are some creative ways you all have tackled this?

With LDAP planned for retirement in 2026, what are the recommended alternatives for LDAP-based authentication in AEM? Ideally looking for options that are supported across both AEM On‑Premise and AEM as a Cloud Service.

If I am establishing a business rule in EST timezone, and if the journey is running continuously for a year - will Adobe automatically accomodate for DST changes or will the daylight-saving timing change need to be done by the developers manually? Please confirm the same.

I wanted to understand whether this is advisable for PII data to be stored within AEM, and what the recommended best practices are.Some of the questions we’re exploring:Is it recommended to store PII in AEMaaCS, even in encrypted form? How does Adobe protect sensitive data at rest and in transit within AEMaaCS? Are there any Adobe guidelines on handling PII in JCR repositories? How is it protected from any external attack threats? Can we implement custom encryption (e.g., using an OSGi service) before storing data? Are there recommended alternatives, such as storing the PII in a secured backend system instead of AEM?Would appreciate insights from Adobe experts and the community on the right architectural approach for handling PII securely in AEMaaCS.

Team,Due to front end issue(uncovered via CXM tool), for a few of our customers, just the order screen payload wasn’t dispatched, but it was success per back end system records. So, Adobe Analytics has scAdd,scView,scCheckout, custom event(billing info & order review), just s.purchase missing.  Given s.Purchase missing no s.TransactionID too, and data source option is ruled out.Now, I have those ECID & customer ID(evarX) for very sessions, via Bulk Data insertion API, can I do one ingestion for all those? and will I be able to normal report as if payloads came from browser or there any considerations to be aware of? In our marketing channel set up we saw a spike in traffic coming into our Direct Channel. In the marketing channel detail it is all going into None, where the rule is set to show what page it is on. We have no changed anything on our end and am wondering why this is happening. We have had this rule running for years and now we are facing this issue.   

Currently I am working in creating some dashboards in Adobe Analytics for a mobile app and realized that I needed data like ‘First Launch’ and ‘Upgrades’, which are provided if I enable “App Reporting” in the report suite. Before doing this I want to know if there are any impact on performance, memory, or anything of the sort. I can’t find any documentation on why this is disabled or impacts of enabling this setting.

I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours.

Is there a way to define a timeout for a ITAS/CTAS query? Out of the box timeout is 24 hours but I’d like to limit that to 5 hours, preferably on query level? Cheer,Mauri

Hi community,  We want to share details about a significant regression in AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 (Oak 1.88.x) where online garbage collection (GC) causes the segment store to grow instead of reclaiming disk space, along with an available workaround.  --- What is happening  Customers on AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 observed that after running online GC, disk usage was increasing rather than decreasing. Compaction was taking far longer than expected and writing significantly more data than on AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 (Oak 1.78.x) for the same repository.

Hi everyone,We’re a few months live with Workfront and the team I have moved into are very much “use it because we have to” users. The main obstacle (like many I am reading) is the amount of clicks that activation teams feel they have to do on top of their very manual work - they don’t see a benefit to updating the details accurately, so they basically close everything as complete after they've done the work (I know 😥). We’re working on the “create and show the benefits” part, but I’m wondering, how does everyone use planned vs actual dates and how much importance do you put on this and marking the status accurately.Do you set a planned schedule once and leave it as is, but be firm on accurately marking tasks in progress/complete so you can use “actual” dates in reporting, or do you constantly update the planned schedule to be accurate and rely on that solely, or something else?I should note, we don’t have PMO’s for most of our teams. We have a version of “Traffic leads” that help wit
