Removing old proofs from Approval screen

Do you mean that you’re on these proofs as an approver? The only way to get them off your list is to make a decision about them. Otherwise, someone who has permissions to manage the proof can “force close” it in one of these ways:

1. Set the user’s decision on their behalf.
2. Change the user’s proof role to one that doesn’t require a decision.
