I have some content fragments defined in a project folder. I then went to the configuration manager and created a policy that enabled content fragments models in the configuration folder then also enabled GraphQL as well. I then applied that policy to my parent folder for assets, where I planned to create the content fragments. I was then unable to see my content fragment models when I tried to create a content fragment in that folder or child folders that were set to the default inheritance. When I moved my models to the global folder (I don’t think this should be the resolution) I could then see my defined models.I would prefer to do this correctly and use the content fragments in the project folder so they can be added to source control without affecting other configurations. What could be a reason that I am not able to see the project specific models, but I can if see the models in the global folder. Again, I followed the directions on creating a policy to allow the project models.

I recently had a very frustrating time trying to figure out how we could use delegations when people are away. I see a few have posted on this subject. Here’s my two cents worth. Current Method User goes to Workfront Home/Worklist page. Click Delegations. Enter a date range and delegate, Save. This creates a delegation for the user's tasks that have a Planned Completion Date in the specified date range. The delegate can now perform the delegated tasks, issues, approvals etc as long as they have the appropriate Access Level. Problems Delegation delegates specific tasks to the delegate rather than just allowing the delegate to perform any of the delegator's tasks during their absence. The delegated tasks are those with a Planned Completion Date in the specified date range. The Start Date of that range cannot be earlier than today. Any tasks with a Planned Completion Date before the start date cannot be delegated. These would be the oldest tasks the delegator has outstanding and thus t
Thanks to everyone who joined today’s workshop on Mastering Business Rules and Validation Logic in Adobe Workfront! The session was led by Adobe Workfront’s Tina Craig, Principal Business Consultant, Content Supply Chain, who shared several examples and best practices for using these new features to help with governance (and reduce the redundant reminders from admins)! Workshop Summary:Validation logic prevents form submission when criteria are met; business rules prevent object creation, deletion, and editing across system. Validation logic uses if-then statements on custom form fields; business rules are configured in the Setup area with broader scope (only available to customers on the Workflow Ultimate package). Practical examples like special character restrictions, character limits, date constraints, SLA enforcement, and multi-option selections were demo’ed. Remember! Always test in Sandbox before production deployment to prevent workflow disruption. If you weren’t able to join
A few months ago I built a Post-Purchase journey in Adobe Journey Optimizer that sent a personalised follow-up email based on what the customer bought. The journey had three branches — one each for Electronics, Sports, and HomeDecor — all tested, validated, and live. Then the business expanded into two new product categories: Grocery and Fashion. I updated the journey to add the two new branches and needed to validate them before re-publishing. The Problem with Test Mode To validate the Grocery and Fashion branches in Test Mode, I needed two new AEP test profiles — one with a Grocery purchase, one with a Fashion purchase. Creating new profiles in AEP is straightforward, but it takes time for them to reflect and become available for testing. I could not just create them and start immediately. With a deadline to re-publish the updated journey, waiting for two new profiles to propagate was time I did not have. Simulation Mode: New Users in Seconds I switched to Simulation Mode instead. I c

We get a lot of the busy projects with multiple comments and updates posted daily. Some system comments or Summaries or updates are super important and we want to be able to PIN them and Highlight or have a way to view Important notes only.
When using the Week view layout in a Calendar report it has an hour-by-hour grid for each day of the week. When objects without a time don’t fall into these hour slots the hour-by-hour grid shows blank, taking up a lot of empty space on the page. I would like the ability to hide, collapse or turn off the hour-by-hour grid when viewing a Calendar report when the hourly grid is empty or unused.
Today I sent an email campaign with an A/B subject line test which used three different subject lines and used 100% of the audience as the test. I am looking at the activity log of people who clicked the email but the program is not linked under campaign name, nor is the program named as it is in Marketing Activity. Why is this?
My company is in the financial services industry with financial representatives across the country. I am exploring possibilities for sending a newsletter to current customers that appears to be from the customer’s financial representative but is really sent from the corporate marketing team. Does anyone know what personalization features are available in Marketo? Variable sender name, sender email, reply-to email? Is it possible to add a variable representative photo into the newsletter? Any pros/cons to this approach? Any insights are appreciated!
My WF proof has been generating for over an hour. I have cleared my cache and rebooted and nothing is working.
I have integrated Remote Assets (Next Gen Dynamic Media) in my AEM 6.5 project, and it's working fine with the Core Components Image v3 image picker — I can browse and select remote assets directly in the component dialog. Now I want to surface the Remote Asset picker in the Page Editor siderail (the Assets tab on the left rail), so authors can drag remote assets onto the page the same way they drag local DAM assets. How can I enable/configure the remote asset picker in the Editor siderail?Current StateRemote DM (Next Gen) integration is configured via the Cloud Service / IMS setup and asset selector. Image v3 component dialog already shows the remote asset picker correctly. The default siderail Assets tab still only shows local DAM assets, not the remote repository.Details I'm looking forIs the siderail Assets tab even capable of pointing to the remote asset repository? If it's possible, How can I configure it?Any guidance, sample configuration, or confirmation of supported vs. unsuppor
I was recently in a webinar where it was recommended to have more descriptive text versions of marketing emails, since some AI summary tools use the text version to find relevant details. In Campaign Standard, I switched off Sync with HTML, edited the text version to be more readable than the auto-generated version, and sent myself a test. However, when I view it as a text-only email, I’m still seeing the auto-generated version.Am I unable to edit the text version through ACS, or what steps should I take to edit the email. I’d like to make sure that it includes our “view in browser” link as well as the unsubscribe link? I want to create a text version that highlights the best offers from the HTML version.
Currently, the description field is not included in the summary panel of the Unassigned Work portion of the Workload Balancer. It is visible in the “Assigned Work” section, however. There is currently no way to configure the component that governs this specific display (per Adobe). Requesting that the task description be added to the Unassigned Work summary, as resource managers often need to refer to context within that description to make their assignment decisions. Currently the only way for them to do that is to click through to the task details, navigating them away from the WL Balancer in order to gain the necessary context.
Is anyone aware of a way to surface the native task description field in the summary pane that displays on the right side of the workload balancer? One of our user groups relies on information added to this field in order to determine the best resource to assign. The summary pane in WL Balancer does not appear to be configurable, and I can’t seem to find a way to get that displayed in WL Balancer interface where they can also see resource capacity, other than asking the PMs to copy the description content into an Update, (since those do appear on the summary pane.). But that is far from ideal. Appreciate any suggestions.

Hello,I’m troubleshooting an Adobe Analytics implementation for a mobile app using AEP Edge Network. Context: App sends screenView xdm.eventType = web.webpagedetails.pageViews Page name is mapped to _experience.analytics.session.web.webpagedetails.name pageViews.value = 1 eVar14 is populated in the same Analytics hit and represents the platform Web Platform Hit is successfully processed (droppedHit = false) In Workspace: Page Views are correctly reported eVar14 has values Web data behaves normally Issue:When I apply eVar14 as filter, this is the result: This does not seem to be a mapping or timing issue, since both values exist in the same hit payload. Here is part of the mapping: My question:Could this behavior indicate that something is incorrect or missing in the Analytics mapping, even though both the Page View and the eVar are present in the same Analytics hit? I’m trying to understand why this breakdown does not work. Thanks in advance for any clarification or guida
Hello, I’m trying to add a new field into the “Add Assets” functionality on Content Hub. It’s a field added to a custom form in Workfront which has been mapped to AEM Assets.Within “Import” in the Configurations area I have selected “dropdown”, but there is nowhere for me to enter the options for users to select from. I’ve tested the form after adding the field, hoping that the options may appear through the AEM / Workfront mapping, but this is not the case.I saw that the data entered on the custom form in Workfront was not on a test file in AEM Assets, but found the option to add dropdown options by uploading a csv file, so did this in AEM Assets. However it seems the data still doesn’t come through from Workfront - as it’s a dropdown field it seems the value must be input within AEM Assets.I’ve changed the field type from dropdown to single line text in AEM Assets. The correct metadata is now pulling through from Workfront - and is present in Content Hub. Now, I have one test asset i
Hi guys, we have a local AEM instance and a connection with the Elanion instance of our customer. When we set up a translation job for the content fragments and start it. The status goes upon refreshing the page from “Commited for translation” to “Translation in Progress” to “Cancel” or only from “Commited for translation” to “Cancel”. Where do we find the logs to check why it was cancelled? Do we need to have access to our customers Elanion instance? Thanks
Choosing the wrong authoring model can impact content velocity, governance, and scalability. Per this https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-ideas/allow-machine-to-machine-oauth-app-credentials-to-establish/idi-p/773411#M27023 and this https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/having-trouble-using-oauth2-configuration-to-establish-fusion/td-p/658811 it does not really seem like this is something we can achieve at the moment. I just wanted to check was anyone able to establish Server to Server auth between Fusion and Workfront? Thank you in advance.
A third-party penetration test flagged that PDF files downloaded from our AEM publish instance contain embedded metadata revealing software version information (e.g., Adobe InDesign 19.5, Adobe PDF Library 17.0, Adobe XMP Core 9.1). The security team requires this metadata to be stripped before the file is served to end users. We are requesting Adobe's official confirmation that AEM as a Cloud Service does not modify or strip metadata embedded within the binary content of uploaded DAM assets, and guidance on the recommended approach. What We Tried 1. Removed XMP metadata properties from the JCR metadata node2. Deleted the entire metadata node
Looking for help. I am unable to receive Adobe digital event registration emails from demand@info.adobe.com. I previously unsubscribed from an Adobe marketing email sent from this email, and my address now appears to be globally suppressed in Marketo as I no longer receive confirmation emails with event details and link to join events like I used to. I do not have direct Marketo support entitlement, so I cannot open a support ticket. Can someone from the Adobe DX/Marketo team please remove my email address from: Global Unsubscribe Marketing Suspended Blacklisted Email Invalid As I am assuming this is preventing me from receiving event confirmations and webinar emails.Thank you.
I created such an decision policy: The error is like this: Similar example is show here in the documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/decisioning/experience-decisioning/decision-policies/use-decision-policy
