Can anyone tell me what the 8% metric in the gray area of the CTO graphic is measuring? Same with the 1.6% gray area in the Clicks graphic. 

Logged into Fusion this morning to see a new banner message: “Important Update: From April 15, your current login/password combination for Adobe Workfront Fusion will stop working as we complete our migration to Adobe IMS. Please contact your Adobe Admin Console administrator or your Support team to be assigned.”I currently use an email and password for a service account in our WF instance (created prior to our migration to Admin Console) to log into Fusion.  Does this mean I will need to be provisioned under my own WF account?  Also, most of my scenarios use a connection created for the service account.  Will those continue to work unaffected?  I’m assuming the change is purely for login purposes and would not effect existing scenarios or my ability to edit them?

Hi there. I’m pulling a Proof Approvals report, where I am grouping by approverDecision to know what proofs are still pending and which ones have been reviewed/approved. It turns out that if a proof was set up as interactive, the system will lowercase the field value for approverDecision and will capitalize it if the proof was set up as static. See example screenshot:I cannot find any string functions to use within valueexpression or something similar in text mode to normalize these fields. Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO.The provider requires:A login request using Authorization: Basic base64(user:password) to retrieve a short-lived token A second request to send the SMS using Authorization: Bearer {token}Since the token expires frequently, is it possible in AJO Custom SMS configuration to:Dynamically generate the Basic header? Handle the login call and reuse the returned token?Or is middleware required to manage token refresh externally? If Custom SMS config can’t manage this, can Custom Actions do that? Thanks!

I applied for the Adobe AD0-E608 exam on 13th March and later rescheduled it to 15th March. I received an email from Adobe confirming that the exam has been successfully rescheduled. However, I am unable to pay the $5 rescheduling fee.In the Purchases section, it shows that there is an amount payable, but there is no option available to complete the payment. Background:Working with AEP and connected tools like CJA and AJO for a while now, one thing has become painfully obvious lately: the lack of a useful documentation of the client setup. There may be great yet unofficial community tools out there, but let's be honest, in many cases people using the system may not have the required setup like programming languages (Python or NodeJS) to generate the documentation for themselves, so might require a developer to support them. What I am trying to say is:The Adobe tools are powerful and highly complex to set up, and creating and maintaining client-specific documentation on that is cannot possibly be a manual task. This is surely not sustainable. What I would like to pitch is:We need a Documentation section built into the UI AEP and connected tools, that lets you generate an ad-hoc, standardized documentation as downloadable Excel workbook.This you can then either keep in AEP to be accessible for everyone with access, or decide to download and

After establishing a developer account, I gained access to the Adobe Acrobat Sign API section and was able to create a new application from the Application List page for OAuth 2.0. The Adobe Acrobat Sign license was attached to a different user in our organization at that time. However, we moved the application license from the initial user over to me. After that when logging back into Adobe Acrobat Sign, my Developer API Access disappeared. Snapshots of when I had access and then after access was gone are below. Hi Community,We're experiencing an issue in one of our lead scoring campaigns in Marketo. The flow is set up as: Change Status > Wait 5 minutes > Change Score.Most leads follow this correctly, but a few records are skipping the wait step entirely. They enter the campaign, the status changes, and their score updates within seconds - no delay observed.I already reviewed there's no racing conditions. No one updated the campaign in between. I am assuming this can be a priority issue.Has anyone seen this before? What could be the possible reasons? Any insights, troubleshooting tips, or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am trying to map an array variable to the Planning Module but no matter what I do, I get an error "Array of objects expected in parameter 'F6914a6c02f21335b7b794d35'." I have tried to just have the ID numbers, the "id: xxxxxxx" and plenty of other things to get this to work but I don't know what it wants and I can not find any documentation on Planning Module specifics.  When I put the variables in one at a time in the without mapping, it works (but I will never know the set amount of objects so I need the array). I'm struggling to find an efficient way to debug Recommendations. With at.js, I used mboxTrace, which provided a very clear "Recs Box" showing exactly which criteria were used, which entities were returned, and why certain items were excluded.Now that I'm using Web SDK and the AEP Debugger, I find the debugging process much more difficult. I can see the network calls, but I miss that high-level summary of the Recommendations logic.What I've tried: Using the AEP Debugger Extension to look at Edge Traces. Digging through the interact response payloads in the Network tab. My Questions: Is there a way to get a visual "Recs box" similar to the old mboxTrace functionality in at.js? In the AEP Debugger, where exactly should I look to see the Criteria details and Exclusion reasons for a specific Recommendations activity? Are there any third-party tools or specific "Edge Trace" configurations that make the JSON output more readable for Recs-heavy implementations? How do you effectively

Classification rules are now available in classification sets.I created a new classification set and added a rule with a regex and I wonder if any of you can shed some light on the following observations.According to the status, my new rule was directly activated without me explicitly activating it. Even after deactivating and saving, it reverts back to active. Testing the new rule gives me error messages. First it says “You have unsaved changes to your rules. Please save your changes and try again.”, although I saved it and did not change anything. After clicking on “Save rules” (again) and clicking on “Test rule set” it unhelpfully says  “Failed to test ruleset. Please try again.”Are there known problems with saving/testing rules?

I am implementing Adobe Target Recommendations via AEP Web SDK and Launch. While the network calls appear to be firing correctly with the necessary entity attributes, the Target Recommendations Catalog has not updated with these product details, even after waiting 24+ hours.Implementation:I am using a "Send Event" action within a Launch rule. Hi everyone,I’m encountering an issue related to “Registered Error” statuses in a Marketo webinar program.For one of our webinars, we see about 60 members with the status Registered Error in the Program Members tab. Most of these records were originally marked as Registered but later moved to Registered Error after Salesforce created duplicate records and merged them. The total number of registrants coming from Marketo aligns correctly with Adobe Connect data.However, when I try to pull these same members using a Smart List with the filter Member of Program → Status: Registered Error, only a small portion of those records appear. Many of the individuals shown in the Program Members tab are missing from the Smart List results.We need to locate these members to update their status to No Show, since they did not attend the webinar.Has anyone experienced this behavior before, and were you able to find a solution or workaround?Thanks in advance for any insights! 

A department is adding a new queue with a new custom form to their request project. The form shows the name but not any of the fields when someone goes to make the request. It only shows up for admins and for the project owner who does not have an admin license. I have tried creating a new form and it still did not work. Also created new fields and still not showing. Tried it on a different queue. The form is set as edit for those who submit, no restricted access. The queue is system wide. The project and form is shared with everyone. And the other queues and forms work. But when logged in as a user or if they try, it only shows the name of the form. Any ideas on why it is doing it and how to fix it?
