AI Capabilities Moving to GA

Several major Adobe Workfront AI capabilities are moving to general availability (GA). Here's what to know and where to learn more:

  • AI Collaborators are Now Generally Available (GA) - Every year, teams run 100 million tasks through Workfront. Every one of these tasks has landed on a person. Now you have help. You hand your AI collaborator a task in Workfront the same way you'd hand it to a colleague, and it gets done. You stay in charge. AI Collaborators do the legwork. See it in Action.
  • Workfront Engage MCP Server Reaches GA - Workfront MCP Server acts as a bridge between your preferred AI tools and Workfront, giving you governed, permission-aware access to project status, task assignments, and approval workflows.  Learn more about the Workfront MCP Server.

The Workfront Ohio User Group recently hosted a roundtable on this topic, with a live demo of the Workfront MCP Server and an overview of current Workfront AI capabilities, presented by David Kershaw of Techmera. Read through the recap here.

Two New Resources for Workfront Project Managers

Being a project manager in Workfront is basically three jobs in one: keeping work moving, coaching your team into good habits, and making sure the numbers that leadership sees actually hold up. We built two new resources to have your back, and they're designed to work together:

  • The Project Manager's Playbook is your strategy brain: org structure, measuring impact fairly, and talking results in a way that lands with leadership, your team, and your admins.
  • The Project Manager's Cookbook is where it gets practical: 10 real customer recipes for the reports and dashboards you use every day, from weekly task reports to full hygiene and resourcing dashboards. Each one comes with prep time, audience, and step-by-step instructions.

Use the Playbook to set your strategy, then the Cookbook to build it. Strategy, meet execution.

Submit Your Story for the 2027 Experience Maker Awards

Submissions for the 2027 Experience Maker Awards are NOW OPEN through November 20. Across several categories, the awards celebrate the customers who are transforming the way they deliver customer experiences with Adobe.

For Workfront customers, the category to explore is The Conductor. This award recognizes companies that are orchestrating AI-powered content creation and scaling production, management, and delivery with Adobe products and AI capabilities. Entries should show how Workfront, AEM Assets, and Creative Cloud work together with at least one of Firefly, Firefly Creative Production, Adobe Express, or Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing.

Have a campaign, a measurable win, or a smarter way of working with AI at scale? We'd love to hear about it. Submit your entry by November 20.

Your Turn! Complete the Workfront User Adoption Assessment

As system administrators, you see better than anyone what drives (and blocks) Workfront adoption. If you can take 5 minutes to complete the survey and share your honest, real-world view on where adoption gets stuck and what would help most, it will help shape what we build next! There are no right answers, just your perspective.

Complete the survey here.
