Are there known issues with proofs not generating today in Workfront? I have not seen any communication yet, and we have multiple people with the same problem. It just spins but never generates.

Hi,We have disabled the "Schedule All Audiences" option in our AEP Production sandbox and currently manage audience evaluation schedules using the Tags feature. This allows us to run segment evaluations at different times based on business requirements. For example:Daily tagged audiences are scheduled at 12 PM Daily_Edge tagged audiences are scheduled at 9 PMThis approach is being used for both batch and Edge audiences.I was wondering if there is an option, or if there are plans to introduce one, that would allow "Schedule All Audiences" to be enabled only for Edge audiences while keeping batch audience scheduling controlled through tags. The rationale is that, if Edge audiences could be automatically evaluated whenever profile data is ingested, the Edge audience memberships would remain up to date without requiring a scheduled segment evaluation run. This could help reduce operational overhead and improve audience freshness for Edge use cases.I understand that audiences containing even
Please provide administrators with the ability to remove or hide the default Frescopa Sample Workspaces from Workfront Planning. As we begin rolling out Planning to our users, these sample workspaces can create unnecessary confusion. One of the biggest pain points is when users add a connected field and are presented with a long list of Frescopa Marketing record types and fields that are unrelated to their organization. This makes the experience more cluttered and increases the learning curve for new users.
Hi! During an admin work session many users commented that the homepage is ineffective and you’ve created custom reports for your team members. What everyone discussed is what I am looking to create but have no idea how to do it. Below is what I am looking to create:Create a report that is custom by user Lists all their assigned tasks by project. Needs to show multiple tasks for the same project List the hours they are scheduled by task for a specific timeframe (one week view). Ability to report hours from this same report/viewI’ve been trying to make this work with the Task Report and Hours Report but neither fit the requirements and I cannot figure out how to customize it. Can anyone help?
My organization uses Workfront Planning to manage our Enterprise Strategic Plan. Initially, users submit very early stage Strategic Plan Requests for initial review. If it is determined by leadership that it aligns with the organization's strategic goals, they are approved to begin discovery. The Request itself is not approved at this time, it is just moved to a different status, indicating they can move forward with discovery. Once discovery is complete, it is reviewed again, and only then if approved does it move over to Workfront Proper to become a full project. This discovery could take years in some cases, and is occurring while the item is still a Request in Planning. We need a way for these users to track their time contributed to the discovery process.
My organization uses Workfront Planning to manage our Enterprise Strategic Plan. Through the use of structured taxonomies, we’re able to create a timeline view that allows for the breakdown Strategic Theme -> Strategic Sub-Theme -> Strategic Statements -> Projects, showing where each project falls on the timeline that impacts its associated strategy. We'd like to break it down a step further and be able to expand each Project associated with a Strategic Statement within that timeline view to show the Milestones within the Project, or specifically labeled Parent Tasks, allowing teams to view where each phase of any given Initiative then falls within the overall project timeline all in one view.Currently we're unable to do so as the only available Workfront Object Types to connect to in Planning are Project, Portfolio, Program, Company, Group and Original Request.
Why a single snapshot query returns correct data Returns:822 -> profiles = 5,746 || min qualification = 2026-07-23 11:37 || max qualification = 2026-08-01 11:41 but when I query multiple snapshots it’s returning data with last snapshot? Returns:822 -> 5,688 profiles -> MAX qualification = 2026-08-05823 -> 5,688 profiles -> MAX qualification = 2026-08-05824 -> 5,688 profiles -> MAX qualification = 2026-08-05
Hi everyone,I have a question regarding **Adobe Experience Platform Data Streams and Adobe Analytics**.Suppose I have configured a Data Stream and under **Services** I have enabled **only Adobe Analytics** (with the required Report Suite). If I send an event using **Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (`alloy.sendEvent()`)**, will that event/data also be ingested into **Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)** automatically, or will it only be sent to Adobe Analytics? In other words:**Scenario 1:*** Data Stream → Adobe Analytics = Enabled* Data Stream → Adobe Experience Platform = Not enabledWill the Web SDK event be available in an AEP Event Dataset?**Scenario 2:*** Data Stream → Adobe Analytics = Enabled* Data Stream → Adobe Experience Platform = Enabled + Event Dataset configuredI understand that in Scenario 2 the data can be ingested into the AEP dataset. What I'm specifically trying to clarify is **whether AEP ingestion happens automatically when only Adobe Analytics is enabled in the Data St
Hi,I need to add columns to a report to display real-time document approval Status and Decision values (such as "Approved", "Needs work", or "In review").Currently, these columns are showing up completely blank for several document rows, even though I can see active workflows and user decisions when viewing the files directly in the Workfront interface.I have already tried building Document, Document Version, and Document Approval reports, but I cannot locate the correct database fields. Standard Text Mode fields like approvalStatus and proofDecision are remaining empty.Could someone please provide the exact Text Mode code or the specific API fields/bridge objects required to map these active workflow decisions into a report?Thank you!
Hello,When adding an audience to an Adobe Journey Optimizer campaign, the audience-selection window displays all available audiences in a single flat list. Users can search or apply filters and tags, but they cannot browse the folder structure already available in the Audiences workspace. Why is this feature important? For organizations managing hundreds or thousands of audiences, a flat list is difficult and inefficient to navigate. Audience folders are commonly used to organize audiences by market, business unit, campaign type, environment, or use case.Without folder navigation, users must remember exact audience names or rely on tags, which may not always be applied consistently. This slows down campaign creation and increases the risk of selecting the wrong audience. How should the feature work? The AJO campaign audience selector should display the same folder hierarchy available in the Audiences workspace. Users should be able to:Browse and expand audience folders. See their current f
Recently we came across situation where we found out that adblockers are not blocking assets.adobedtm.com domains as well, impact of this launch scripts which is hosted in akami (adobe managed hosting option), entire ecosystem of AEP is failed on on webchannel. Here the concern was core functionality and value proposition of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Analytics implementations. As you are aware:Adobe positions AEP, Launch (Tags), and related solutions as enabling: First-party data collection Server-side tracking Resilience against ad blockers and privacy restrictions However, in our case:Adobe Launch scripts hosted on Adobe-managed Akamai domains are being blocked by ad blockers When these scripts are blocked: Data collection fails at the source Downstream AEP and Analytics capabilities become ineffective So concern here If the entry point (Launch script) itself is blocked, first-party data collection and server-side tracking become significantly limited in real-world s
Right now, we can only export meta data on a folder level. This is impractical if you need to edit only meta data for 30 assets, but then wait hours for a folder meta data report because there are 5k assets in a folder. And no, smaller folder is not an option here. So what would be preferrable is that you simply select any assets you want and click “export metadata”. The upload of meta data should support this, so that you can add the meta data e.g. for the top folder and it will be applied to all assets in the csv, regardless of their sub folder location (not tested in current environment - maybe this works already?).
Currently, the meta data export csv does not contain the asset ID. This is a real problem because the asset ID (“urn:aaid:aem:”) is the unique identifier and with this ID, you can easily compare, consolidate or edit meta data import sheets or locate a specific asset in the csv, even if some assets have identical titles etc.. This is a feature that I would expect of ANY DAM, not a nice to have, but a must-have. Support asked me to send in an idea, but I feel the product is lacking a standard feature here.
As title says. I need to retrieve the organization's name. I have tried using Schema Registry API, but closest I have gotten is tenant ID, which is fine, but it is not exactly what I'm looking for. So, I got a question: is there a way to get organization name using Experience Platform APIs? Or is there an API (perhaps from Developer Console or Admin Console) that I can use to get the organization's name?
Hi Team,I have an AEM page that includes one or more Experience Fragments, also known as XFs. The page is already published and is accessed through a domain on the AEM Publish environment.I need to display a “Last Modified” date on the main page. This date should be calculated based on the latest published modification date across the main page and all related or referenced content. The requirements are as follows:If the main page is modified and published, the displayed Last Modified date should be the main page’s latest published modification date. If one or more Experience Fragments used on the page are modified and published, while the main page itself is not modified, the displayed date should be the latest published modification date of the Experience Fragment. If both the main page and one or more Experience Fragments are modified and published, the displayed date should be the most recent published modification date among them. If an Experience Fragment used on the page contains
When navigating to Tools > Integrations in the AEM author console (https://author-p552-e2209.adobeaemcloud.com), I consistently get:An error has occurred. You do not have access to this resource.Sorry for the inconvenience. The "Local token" section below the error still renders fine (Get local token / Create new technical account buttons are visible and clickable), but the main Technical Accounts panel above it fails to load with this error. What I've already verified/tried:Confirmed in Adobe Admin Console that i has Developer Access assigned specifically to the correct product: "Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service - " — not just the generic org-level AEMaaCS product. Assigned the "AEM Administrators - author - Program 212 - Environment 209" product profile to this user (previously only had Integrations/Developer profiles on the generic org-level product). Saved the change in Admin Console, confirmed it shows up under the user's assigned products. Fully signed out and back in,
While trying to do regression test experiences created in Production we are not able to test on Adobe Target
Hello! We would like to propose that when using a Workflow Template for Proofing that the V2 (Version 2) of that document would follow the deadline days and time as formatted in the initial template set up. Thank you!

Hello, We are using AEM 6.5.22 (on premise version). which uses Apache Tika-core and Tika-parsers bundles with versions 1.28.5.Our Infosec team has reported a vulnerability on these versions and suggested to use the versions 3.2.2 and above. As I checked the maven repository : https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.tika/tika-core all the versions below 3.2.2 have vulnerability. We cannot directly updated the versions on our side as this is OOTB.Also, when checked with the latest service pack (6.5.25) also doesn’t have latest tika-core. Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated. Regards,Rohit
I recommend that the feature that automatically auto tags images in a document is disabled for every user. The tagging can/should be manually done with the ai generated text as an option, not a default setting.I have an abstract image in my template that I send to clients. If I forget to disable the auto tagging, then the client will read a caption that suggests I am sending them a nude image. There is no figure in the graphic. There is no suggestion of a figure in the graphic, but Ai suggest that there is, and it confuses my clients. Even if it says that it is an “Ai generated caption”, my clients read it as something I, myself, inserted into their document. I have turned it off. I have done it multiple times, successfully. However, I do not love that it is my sole responsibility to work around a program every single time I send out a document.
Hi Team, I'm working on a usecase where I need to create a Interactive Proof for a Web URL and need some ideas and suggestion on how to achieve this. I have a field attached to an object(TASK) where we will enter the URL of the webpage that needs to be proofed and I need to develop the fusion scenario that will automate Interactive Proof for that URL entered. Any suggestions and ideas are appreciated. Thanks for your time!!!
