Ability to PIN Comments / Updates on the Project, Task or Issue

We get a lot of the busy projects with multiple comments and updates posted daily. Some system comments or Summaries or updates are super important and we want to be able to PIN them and Highlight or have a way to view Important notes only.

    Hello, Mariana! I'm an engineer on the Workfront team. We're building the ability to pin comment threads so important conversations stay at the top and don't get buried as discussions grow. We don't have a release date yet, but we'll share an update here as soon as it's available.

    Once it's out, we'd love to hear your feedback on how it works for you!

      Love to hear this, this is a huge need for my org! Super excited to see this come out (someday).

        Hi ​@lindselib! We have some updates on timing for this feature! Here are the planned dates for the release in each environment:

        Preview: Oct 15
        Production (fast release customers): November 12
        Production (everyone): January 21
