Journey canvas is now available in Adobe Analytics. Build a flexible graph of any combination of events, dimensions, and segments, and watch the data update as you drag nodes into place. You can see exactly where people move forward and where they fall out, without stitching together multiple visualizations to get the full picture.

Learn how to configure a Journey canvas in Analysis Workspace

We’d love to hear from you:

  • Which customer journey are you most excited to map first?
  • Where do you hope Journey canvas will save you the most time?
  • Have you already tried it? What did you learn about where people drop off?

@jenmarti Thanks for the post, however I also learned through a support ticket that Journey Canvas is only available for Prime and Ultimate customers. I saw the feature at Adobe Summit this year and it was one of the Adobe Analytics innovations I was most excited about, so I was disappointed to learn that we can't use it with our current package.

Hopefully Adobe will make Journey Canvas available to a broader group of Adobe Analytics customers in the future. I think many analytics teams would get a lot of value from it.
