We recently discovered an issue in AJO. Logging details here for the community visibility so others can easily debug such problem Bug Title Sandbox Tooling failure when copying AJO Campaign Orchestration audiences between sandboxes.Product Product: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Campaign Orchestration Component: Sandbox Tooling. Expected Behavior Sandbox tooling should successfully migrate an audience package from a dev sandbox to a stage environment. If components such as merge policies are already present, the system should gracefully handle the conflict by prompting to overwrite or ignore the component rather than failing the import. Observed Behavior Attempting to import a package containing an AJO Campaign Orchestration audience fails during the upload. The import returns an OBJECT_EXISTS error ("PROFILE_MERGE was not created anew") for merge policies that already exist in the target sandbox. Additionally, it returns a NEBULA-100092-400 error claiming an invalid or missing namespac
I recently discovered an issue in AJO. Logging details here for the community visibility so others can easily debug such problem Bug Title AJO DEV Sandbox Allowed List failing to enforce domain restrictions for API-triggered campaigns. Product Product: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)Component: Sandbox Administration / Email Settings (Allowed List) Expected Behavior When an allowed list is active at the sandbox level, email sending must be strictly restricted to the explicitly configured addresses and domains. If the active list is empty, zero emails should be dispatched from the sandbox. Non-allow-listed addresses must be suppressed natively before the send attempt. Reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/monitor-reputation/allow-list Observed Behavior Despite an active allowed list configured in the DEV sandbox with specific test domains, API‑triggered campaigns are bypassing this restriction and sending emails to unapproved domains (e
Please, please bring back the option to toggle off the ability to edit the assignee on a task for the Standard users access level!! This is an incredibly important feature for my team and an easy way that work will fall through the cracks, lose track of accountability, and cross functional alignment. There is also no current way that I am notified of changed user on a task. If I was notified, this would be a helpful way to monitor changes but alterations are happening unbeknownst to me and will quickly become a very large problem to audit. Please help!
Hi All,AEM: 6.5.12I’m encountering this issue for the first time. I’m currently using the AEM OOTB Sitemap generator for testing purposes. However, when I try to use the scheduler approach, the job gets stuck and doesn't trigger. please refer below screenshot. The logs don’t provide much information. I’ve attempted to create the scheduler through /system/console/ConfigMgr and even added a run mode, but it still doesn’t work. However, the "On Demand" approach works perfectly fine. I checked from status-slingsitemap and it appears as scheduled.I've done the the following actions:- re-index from oak:index -> slingSitemap- Adding the config to be placed "/apps/system/conf/ (didn't work)- Adding runmode config (didn't work).- flushing classloader (didn't work). Is there a way to know if the scheduler got stuck somehow?. if so, do you know the path where I can check it?. Previosly, it was working fine but not sure what changed.

It would be nice to have the functionality to tag all people on the proof in a comment by using “@everyone” so we don’t have to tag 8 different people each time. Using tagging a team doesn’t work the way our division is structured. Thanks!
Three quick questions for AEM teams. Answer whichever applies to you: 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏: AEM Cloud MigrationIf you had to migrate to Cloud Service tomorrow, how ready would you be?🟢 Ready — fully assessed🟡 Mostly ready — some unknowns🟠 Haven't fully assessed🔴 Not ready — significant technical debt 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐: Edge Delivery ServicesWhat's your EDS strategy?📋 Already using EDS or Adobe's new Modernization Agent🔍 Evaluating it❓ Haven't started thinking about it🤷 Not sure what EDS is (no judgment — it's new) 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑: AccessibilityHow confident are you in your AEM site's WCAG/EAA compliance?✅ Fully compliant and tested🔶 Mostly compliant with known gaps⚠️ Haven't done a proper audit🚫 Not on our radar yet Drop your answers in the comments. No judgment here.) #AEM #AdobeExperienceMana

1. DescriptionWhen an AEM author uses the "Convert to Experience Fragment Variation" action from the page editor, the OOTB servlet ConvertToExperienceFragmentVariation (from bundle com.adobe.cq.cq-experience-fragments) hardcodes the sling:resourceType on the converted component node to:cq/experience-fragments/editor/components/experiencefragment This prevents us from using our custom brand-specific Experience Fragment component during and after conversion. There is currently no extension point, OSGi hook, or request parameter to override this value. . Steps to ReproduceOpen any AEM page in the page editor. Right-click a component (e.g. Hero component). Select "Convert to Experience Fragment Variation". Fill in the conversion dialog and click Submit. Observe the POST request sent to: /libs/cq/experience-fragments/content/v2/conversion/converterOpen CRXDE Lite and inspect the converted component node. Observe that sling:resourceType is hardcoded to the OOTB value. Expected vs.
Hi there,I’ve been a WF admin and in the tool for 8+ years. I’m no longer an admin, but am using it as a project manager (specifically for creative projects - think outside agencies, waterfall project setup, etc.). I’m finding the UI to be harder and harder to build easy-to-use at-a-glance views on project status (think like Smartsheets or Monday.com level of simplicity and UI). Has anyone built project reports that act as a dashboard that are user friendly, visually intuitive (color coded, etc.), or at least super effective at showing you where a group of projects is at (could be active task, status, etc.), who it’s with, maybe last update, etc.? The “Priorities” feature is definitely moving in the right direction, but it’s not customizable enough in terms of what columns I can include. Thanks in advance!Kate
The Approvals Widget has switched order so the oldest are on page one.We would prefer it go back to the way it was -- newest to oldest.I am an admin and haven't made any purposeful revisions to any setup or layout for this to occur and cannot find a place to change it.Any ideas?

Adobe's MCP servers are great. But what if you could build AI tools designed exactly for your business or development use-case?In my latest article, I show how to custom-build MCP integrations in TypeScript so AI tools like Claude or Cursor can:🗂️ Find and act on expiring DAM assets in plain language⚡ Bulk update metadata without juggling the UI🔍 Query logs with natural prompts like “show errors from the last 4 hours”🔗 Chain multiple operations in one smart prompt And the best part? It works for on-prem, AMS, and AEMaaCS setups - all tailored to your deployment, letting AI do the heavy lifting while keeping you in control 🎯 Check the article here: https://medium.com/@vorajineet/aem-mcp-your-way-design-business-specific-ai-tools-for-any-aem-deployment-ff66c3fde22dLink to Github: https://github.com/vorajineet/aem-mcp-server
Hey AEP practitioners, One thing that keeps coming up when I talk to teams across the industry: staying on top of Adobe release notes is genuinely hard. Not because the documentation isn't there - it is - but because carving out time to check it regularly just doesn't happen when day-to-day work takes over. I built DXP Intel to solve exactly that. It monitors release notes across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions weekly, summarises what's new, and surfaces it in one place. You subscribe to the products you care about - Target, AEP, CJA, AJO, whatever's relevant to you - and only get an email when there's actually something new. No noise, no digest of nothing. Check it out → dxpintel.com Happy to hear any feedback - this is early days and I'm actively improving it.
