How can you access Proof ID in the document report to add it into prompts

Trying to replace a legacy data warehouse job that uses a "Previous Month" time range with a query in AEP.  I can get the correct data back from my query if I manually set the start/end dates, but I can't generate working SQL for the rolling previous month time range so I can automate the job.  ChatGPT gave me 4 different SQL variations to try but all failed, something like thisAND `timestamp` >= date_trunc('month',date_sub(date_trunc('month', current_timestamp()), 1))AND `timestamp` < date_trunc('month', current_timestamp())gives this error ErrorCode: 42601 queryId: 09e1ee39-c4b9-4e9f-bedd-d6c0e5ff18af Syntax error encountered. Reason: [line 13:56: missing INTEGER_VALUE at ')'] Has anyone developed working AEP SQL for this?  

Hi all, I am creating a url tracking parameter in Marketing Channel surface and want to add the message action name included in journeys.  But I need it to populate in the URL following this format: "em-"  + context.system.source.actionName. When using context.system.source.actionName as is, it will show i.e.: Email+-+ "ActionName". Therefore, I'd need to replace the first part mentioned above (Email+-+) by "em-"  Is it possible to treat this type of contextual attributed at channel surface level? 

I've seen this discussion: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/project-finances-allocation-dat... but it doesn't quite tell me how those dates are determined.   We have a Project (Financial Data) report where the planned completion date of the project is in March 2026, but the report is showing allocation dates stretching out through August 2026.

Hi all! I'm aware I can use audiences in condition activities inside journeys, but my question is: If I use multiple audiences as part of the same condition node with 'OR', is the performance of the journey lowered? - currently we have a journey started by a unitary event and would like to take out profiles who don't match certain conditions. Appreciate any help, thanks!

How to get Email Subject or Body which are generated dynamically for a campaign smartlist with velocity. Want to know exactly what was sent to a lead after resolution of velocity script. Lead has multiple custom object and email velocity scripts uses that as input and generates email body. What to figure exactly what email was sent to a lead 

We need to update the DITA-OT that is included with AEM Guides to get a newer version of FOP. I have managed to migrate our custom PDF plugins to the new OT (4.3.4), but the AEM Sites output is not working. The files are processed properly by the DITA-OT, but are not getting handed over to Guides to create the site. I notice differences in the log output when publishing with different DITA-OT versions. When our Adobe leadership first encouraged us to use AI in our work, I was hesitant. I’m no Luddite – point me at any new gadget or a cool app that I can use in my job to make things easier, faster or just more interesting! So, it wasn’t a “resistance to change” thing. And I’m reasonably confident I’m not contributing to the creation of time-traveling cyborg assassins because I’m embracing AI prompts in the 2020s. (Don’t come at me, SkyNet.)   So what was causing me to drag my heels about AI as a tool?   It felt like…cheating. So – and part of using AI ethically is to be transparent about it as a source – I asked the AI tool that we use here in Adobe why using AI feels like cheating. It’s one of the first prompts I used. And its answers were illuminating to me: Cultural norms value hard work, skill, and effort; using AI to improve efficiency may seem like it skips these steps, even when thoughtful decisions are still involved. An older post suggests it is impossible to overwrite the ECID itself in the mobile app. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/override-mcid-over-cookies-for-mobile-app-implementation/td-p/376072Is this still true? We have campaigns linking to AEM pages that deeplink into the native app. Because they switch from browser AEM to native app there is a different ECID and we loose the ability to track campaign conversion. I know from native to web there is the a query parameter implementation to override ECID - does something similar exist on native (without creating a new, higher priority visitor ID altogether)? 

I am looking for ways to prevent users from re-entering same journey again. From AJO docs, Incremental load prevents users who have previously qualified; However, if a user's profile changes and they drop out of, then later re-qualify for the audience, they may still re-enter correct?How can we make sure that they never enter the same read audience based journey?

Hi team,We’re exploring how to track and reconcile message feedbacks (delivery, bounce, etc.) with the original API triggered transactional message send requests in Adobe Journey Optimizer.According to the feedback webhook documentation, the webhook payload includes a requestId field, which uniquely identifies the transactional send request.However, when we query the AJO Message Feedback Event Dataset, the field requestId doesn’t seem to appear — even though the rest of the payload closely mirrors the webhook structure. What’s the recommended way to tie a feedback event in the dataset back to the original send request? Would really appreciate guidance or examples on how to correlate feedback dataset records with the original transactional requests.Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I manage the AEM site for a Stanford research program. I had a question about the monthly analytics reports and have been trying to reach the AEM team onsite for a few months without success. I’m hoping someone on here might be able to help. I would greatly appreciate it!!The PDF reports we currently receive each month seem to truncate some of the data. For example, please see screenshot under Monthly Key Metrics, the page names are abbreviated due to limited space in each row, making it difficult to tell which specific pages the metrics refer to and only 6 rows are shown out of the total 25 rows in this instance (Rest are missing).  Thanks,Sindhu  

Hi All,We are passing batch audience from Adobe CDP to target for next page personalization. There are two pages which we are activating personalization on. Here are the scenario:User lands on Page 1 and on their next visit to the site they are served page 2 as the first tab. This works fine as we have created an audience in CDP and passing it to Target. The problem is that these user upon their third visit are still shown the page 2 as the first tab and can never go back to page 1 as the target experience keeps reloading. We have tried excluding the audience but it excludes from the personalization altogether. What is the best possible scenario/solution here ?

Hi Team, I have posted a similar question before, but this time its different slightly. We have managed to render DoR from adaptive form using outputService.generatePDFOutput, with merged data. The adaptive form fields are binding with XDP template fields, by associating XDP with Adaptive form (xdpRef property). The question that we have is, is there any way to render PDF with merged data form adaptive form, without XDP associated to it. We are trying to understand if there is any possibility of creating an adaptive form directly on AEM, and rendering the PDF with data, by not using XDP template at all in future (to prevent the use of designer). Is there any way to create template within forms in AEM 6.5? Please also consider the fact that, PDFs have specific templates, which are currently maintained using XDP template. Thank you.

However, there are some team events that are private and those should not be visible for the rest of the teams. Is there any way to hide those in the Calendar and make them visible only for the owner and specify people?

hiI would like to get count of emails sent by all the workspaces per month.We would like to see the usage of Marketo per each month. (similar to the screenshot attached)-Can someone help?  Is it possible to get all the counts in one report?ORdo I need to report for each workspaces separately and consolidate that in an excel sheet?{we have about 25 workspaces on our account} thanks-Sree

before disable action from the ACS UI for a user, I want to make sure that there are no workflows created by that user in the account/application.how can I check that, is there anything else I need to validate before deactivating the user account from the ACS UI?

Hi, I queried an audience group who have received a previous email from us and would like to split this further into 8 segments based on subscribers actions. In each segmentation, I used tracking logs for email clicks, labels of buttons from the previous email and delivery label of the previous email. The workflow was fine and it got stuck/long run time at the segmentation node, node is green and not red. 1 of the segments was derived and it hang there. The audience group is slightly more than 300k. Does anyone know where went wrong? For advise please. Thank you.

So I think I know the answer to this one but thought in case it had appeared on a development roadmap since I last explored it, it was worth asking. I'm building a "basic board" in Workfront where I don't have a need to link the cards to issues or tasks at present, its just helpful to have cards, task lists, comments and statuses against tickets. Am I right in thinking that, because cards are not standard elements of the Workfront structure of tasks, issues, projects, etc, it's not currently possible to produce any reporting based on unlinked cards? Thanks!

What is the best way to account for department and corporate events in project timelines?  I am tempted to have everyone in the department enter "time off" for the two day department events that occur one time per quarter but wanted to check to see if anyone has a better idea.  It know it will work, but don't want to pass up an option I am not aware of.
