Unable to reschedule AD0-E207 exam

I was scheduled to take the AD0-E207 exam this morning and my laptop had issues connecting to the portal.  I don’t see any option to reschedule, and it still says “in progress” 

If i click the take exam it just takes me to this page:

 


And if i click schedule new session theres nothing in the dropdown:

 


I’ve submitted an Adobe ticket as the testing company says this has to be rescheduled on Adobe’s end, but haven’t gotten any response from Adobe. ​

Maybe the certification platform needs a moment to reset. When you have failed an exam, there is also a cooldown phase until you can reschedule.

 

good that you've already raised a support ticket, that would've been my recommendation, too, since there is nothing else you can do I think.

I think submitting a ticket is all that you can do in this case. They will probably charge you a fee for rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. But from my experience the team is pretty good to work with, they should be able to help you.

Just had to wait for Adobe to reset things on their end.  I was able to reschedule the exam the following day, no additional charge and passed it.  The issue was due to trying to use a work laptop for the exam and VPN/firewall wouldn’t allow it.  I used a personal computer and no issues.
