HI All,I was able to render emoji's in the email using unicode or direct copy paste. But when checking on rendering for different clients. Most of the clients support and I can see the emoji's but few like outlook on specific versions were only rendering gray scale versions of emoji's.Is there a way to render them with colors or since that is out of AJO scope and outlook is the one finally deciding it, It will not render.AI response -Outlook on Windows (Classic): Emojis in subject lines are rendered in grayscale. This is a known limitation. Even if you insert a colorful emoji, it will appear black-and-white in the subject line on WindowsThanks

How do we manage opt-out using AJO (not external opt-out) when there are multiple brands ? The one-click optout or optout using landing page automatically updates the global opt-out - consents.marketing.email.val which will opts out the user from all communication(irrespective of brands). How can we override this to optout out of specific brands ?

Is it something like that possible to sent to email address which is not marked as identity?

Its not possible to change email address in the event journey as I see... Is that right?

Quick question regarding Wait activity. I asked the AI Assistant but got somewhat conflicting answers.When there is a 3 day Wait activity after an In-app Message action, does the 3 day wait start immediately when the visitor reaches the In-app Message Action step of the Journey or does the wait time only start after the visitor actually triggers the In-app message to be seen? In the example attached, if a visitor get’s to the In-app message activity step of the Journey but never triggers the message, will the Journey end for that profile after 3 days if the visitor never meets the trigger conditions? If the Wait activity is removed altogether, does the Journey end immediately after the visitor reaches the In-app message step or only after triggering the in-app message to display? My assumption here is that the 3-day Wait timer starts upon reaching the In-app message activity step in the Journey and gives the visitor 3 days to trigger the message before the Journey ends. Hi, could enabling the Create New Profiles option explain some of the delays in email sending? I’m currently experiencing delays when sending transactional emails with this setting turned on.

Hello, I am trying to use the AI Model method for Ranking my offers in AJO. However, as an OOO functionality it only considers Conversions and Impressions. We are using API triggered campaigns for one of our requirements. Hello everyone,We have the following issue at the company: we receive external lists from various data sources as ad-hoc communications. These lists contain fields that we need to use either to segment a journey or to personalize email content, for example. It's important to note that these are cases where we don't have structured data in Adobe XDM, and they are sporadic occurrences.Given this scenario, we opened a ticket with Adobe, E-001621243, inquiring about the use of data from custom audience sources for these purposes. We were informed that it was not possible.However, upon analyzing the settings under Configurations > Data Sources, we saw that it's possible to create a field group and select custom audiences and their derived fields within it. Again, these are sporadic cases and will always be handled this way.Our questions are:Is this considered a good practice by Adobe?Could we encounter future problems using this custom data in a journey?If this is not a viable option, do

Hi! I have a doubt about those activities regarding new entrances. Imagine I have Audience A with 100 profiles. Journey 1 with Allow re-entrance disabled: Starts with a Read Audience scheduled each 1 day.----> 1st shot: 100 profilesDuring the day, 2 new persons enters the A audience-----> 2nd shot: 102? or 2? I know Audience Qualification only applies for new enters or exits, but my question is the amount of profiles 2nd shot will trigger, 102 or only the 2 new? In case only the 2 new, what's the difference of using Read Audience or Audience Qualification? Audience Qualification is in real-time? Thanks.

Hi Team, I have created placement , offer , collection and decision. Offers are approved and decision is live . when I try to insert the offer expression in html then I am getting below error resource with id dps:offer-activity:1b3a*******ffs and type offer activity not found Resource with id dps:offer-placement:1b3b*******4a71 and type offer placement not found  but I am able to save this in UAT but in prod I am getting error . Hi, I'd like to extract channel templates using API but the thing is that none of my templates were created in the "Content Template" section and I think the Content Template API is pointing to that section. All my templates were created using Campaign or Journeys. So, I need to extract from AJO all my templates but none of them is in the "Content Template" section. Is there a way I can do that? Thanks.

As per the below screenshot, we can trigger one test profile during the Journey Test mode but, is there any way where multiple test profiles can be passed through.

Hi there, Working with AJO here.  We need to ensure that emails, as part of a Journey, are sent only from Monday to Friday. Profiles enter the Journey on a daily basis based on a rolling date. Ideally, we would like profiles to enter the Journey on Saturdays and Sundays as well, for them to be queued and processed on Monday.Any hints on how to get it done in AJO? Thank you!

What additional datasets except for Web event have you added here?Have somebody added offline sales datasets? Any other ideas?
