AJO orchestration campaign - error

I have all required access in order to have access for this feature. We have this add-on. Yet I still have this error:

 

Sent to Adobe support. Any ideas?

This error usually appears when AJO cannot load campaigns due to a backend issue (often a provisioning inconsistency).

Try refreshing the page or switching sandboxes. Is the behavior consistent for everyone in this Org?

That screen/error usually means the Orchestrated Campaigns feature is not fully provisioned on Adobe’s side for that org/sandbox, not that you’re missing UI access yourself.

A few quick checks you can do your side:

  • Make sure you’re in the right sandbox where the Orchestration add‑on was provisioned.
  • In Admin -> Permissions, confirm your product profile includes the AJO Campaigns/Orchestration permissions (view + manage campaigns).
  • Ask a colleague with full admin rights to try the same view; if they see the same “Something went wrong / unable to display this list” message, it’s almost certainly a backend provisioning inconsistency.

If all of the above look fine, there’s nothing you can fix in the UI – Adobe Support has to repair the org/sandbox provisioning using the reference ID from that error banner.
