Using Aggregates on a Event in AJO

Hello, 

I need some help. I’m trying to use the aggregate function to create an audience. My criteria is: 

• Transacation Date >10 days from Current Date
• Specific currencyID codes AND Amount Value = 1

The profile can have up to 5 currency ID’s. I’m trying to create an audience that when I sum up the Amount, I only select those where total is <=4. 

I keep getting profiles where the amount is 5. I’m at a loss because this aggregate is not doing what I assume is should be doing. Any assistance would be appreciated.
