Push throttling in AJO Journeys?

Hi all, we’re using Native Push (APNS/FCM) in AJO Journeys and would like to control the overall delivery rate (e.g., X pushes per second/minute).

I understand that:

• The Journeys Throttling API applies only to external endpoints.
• Rule sets / frequency capping limit messages per profile.
• Campaigns have a “Throttle delivery” option.

However, we don’t see a way to throttle the delivery rate for Native Push within Journeys.

Is there any supported way to configure push throughput throttling in Journeys, or is it fully managed internally by Adobe?
