Duplicate a Completed AJO campaign

During testing, I set up a campaign to end and it worked and went to ‘Completed’ status. Now, I can’t duplicate it. Is that a bug or do I have to recreate everything? This is what I see for the campaign options:

I’m observing the same issue: the "duplicate" option is available for campaigns in other channels (like email) but is disabled for code-based campaigns. This appears to be either a bug or a strong candidate for an enhancement request. I recommend opening a support ticket to initiate action on this issue.

@JonathanBa1 Just reviewed an internal spec related to AJO campaigns. 

View Report/Duplicate feature should be available for completed campaigns. Please log a support ticket and link this thread. I will try to prioritize this internally for a quick turnaround.

Hi ​@JonathanBa1 ​@SatheeskannaK ​@Pulkit_Jain_  - When a code based experience campaign with decision policies is copied and published errors were coming, to which Adobe told us that when you duplicate a campaign with code based experience you have to manually go to code based experience, create new decision policy and publish it. Basically every CBE should have a new decision policy for it to work. It is just a guess, maybe this is the reason they removed this feature to duplicate campaign with CBE.

Ok, I believe I understand what you’re referring to.

Recently, a customer reported an issue where they were unable to duplicate a CBE campaign due to a UD Admin error (a 42x error) encountered while fetching decision policy attributes. The fix for this issue is planned for the 26.2 release. However, disabling the duplicate option does not seem appropriate in this scenario, especially since the workaround mentioned above is available.
