Is there a way to choose the order of the topic groups when creating a request queue? It looks like it arranges alphabetically, but can that be changed?

We often have our tasks assigned to a team and then the members of those teams will look at the team requests to select the tasks they will work on. From what I can tell the Workload Balancer and Planner in the Resourcing area will only show hours assigned to the individual, which could be deceiving...

Good morning.  Is it possible to create an automated email to send to users when we add them as a new user to our instance?  I would like to be able to have an email autogenerate when we add a new user that welcomes them to Workfront and give them directions on how to log-in, etc.  Thanks!
