@Annenx - I don't have any issues with documents loading. I would try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps. If it's a system-wide problem for your organization, I would suggest having your admin submit a support ticket to Workfront.

I would double-check the task constraint type to make sure they aren't set as any kind of "must" type. Workfront essentially ignores any predecessor relationships of the task with those constraint types.   

I've asked Workfront Support this before, and there is no way to track or see changes to a Project Template. 

If you are using predecessor relationships, you can add a text mode column:   displayname=Successor Tasks listdelimiter=<p> listmethod=nested(successors).lists type=iterate valuefield=successor:name valueformat=HTML

Could you share it with the 2 groups you want to give access to and then use the "People with view access to this project"?   That's how I typically do it.
