These are the only sorting options I'm familiar with:
If you enter Project Name in Projects By it should sort them by project name, if you put project planned start date it should do it by that date, etc.
HI Terri - you can run a journal entry report and filter for the field name = hours and then change type = edit. Then you can see when users edit their hours. This will show increases and decreases to values.
Hi Carol - This doesn't sound like the correct behavior if it was working yesterday but not today. There wasn't anything in the release notes access level privileges being changed.
Hi Deborah - If the users don't have access to the higher level objects it won't show the breadcrumb trail at the top.

Unfortunately, they don't share the majority of road mapped improvements with the community. I would suggest leaving feedback through the new commenting option while it's still an option. The product team can review that information.
Proofing inside of Workfront will still be an option (for now), it's only those with standalone proof products that will be affected by the discontinuation mentioned in that notification. I recommend reaching out to support for specific questions about your account and any migration information.
That site is not longer up and that user is no longer an active user on the community. Not sure how you would be able to find the website anymore since it's been taken down.
