These are the only sorting options I'm familiar with:     If you enter Project Name in Projects By it should sort them by project name, if you put project planned start date it should do it by that date, etc.    

HI Terri - you can run a journal entry report and filter for the field name = hours and then change type = edit. Then you can see when users edit their hours. This will show increases and decreases to values.
