Adobe Journey Optimizer

We have created a audience under AJO from the AI Assistant UI. Could observe that the attributes and event fields used to create the audience by agent is not visible at the build panel. Qualified profiles count is also displayed below audience properties.Could someone help to understand what we are missing here! 

Could somebody explain if Decisioning would replace Decision Management? For new licences starting from now on there would be only Decisioning? In decisioning email is still not available ...

Hi everyone,I'm configuring the List-Unsubscribe Mail-To feature in AJO for a subdomain and need to clarify two points:Keyword Support: Does the Adobe-managed unsubscribe address support manual keywords (e.g., "REMOVE" in the body), or does it only process requests triggered by the automated headers in the email client? If so, can you show me an example of how the mail to button is shown in UI? Profile Sync: Does an unsubscribe via this Mail-To method automatically update the Consent Schema (choice set to opt-out) in the profile, or is manual synchronization required?Looking to confirm if this is fully automated when "Adobe Managed" is selected in the channel configuration.Thanks!

Hi Community -  I am working on an USe case - from where I have to send 5 consecutive email over the 5 weeks and at the end - we need to send another email - which based on the all the 5 emails have opened any Point  of time . Looking for a help how we can track the all the email open in the journey and trigger the 6th email based on that .  Would be great - if you can provide any documentation or any lay out  

We are ingesting few subscribers from external system to AEP via batch ingestion. These subscribers do show up in an audience which gets created when you create a subscription list in AEP. However, the same subscribers are not visible at report level in AJO’s subscription list report. I wonder how this report can be populated as well.Do share insights on this.Thanks!

Hi Community,In Adobe Journey Optimizer, the Journey Canvas (Dry Run view) visually shows a step‑by‑step waterfall of customers moving through the journey (percentages and absolute counts at each node), as seen in the attached image.What I’m looking for is the same dry‑run waterfall data, but in a tabular format (for example): Waterfall report Starting audience count 100 After Standard supresssions 80 Suppress contract A 75 Suppress Opt outs 65 Final count 65 Segment A 35 Segment B 30  Is there any way to:View this journey canvas waterfall numerically in AJO Reports, Access it via Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Export / download this dry‑run journey data (e.g., Excel)?If this is not supported natively, are there any recommended workarounds to recreate this tabular waterfall from AJO/AEP data?Thanks in advance!

Hi team, I need to confirm the evaluation logic for Audience-based Exit Criteria in Adobe Journey Optimizer.Scenario:Entry: Recurring Read Audience (Daily). Exit Criteria: Audience "Profiles who have already received Email 1."Question: Does the exit criteria evaluate the historical state of the profile at the moment of entry?Specifically: If a profile is already a member of the Exit Audience (due to past data) the second they enter the journey, will they exit immediately before hitting the first action node? Or does the exit criteria only "listen" for profiles who become members while already inside the journey?Thanks!

We want to cap the amount of personalised offers that a user is seeing in the webpage. We used custom code channel. We created a campaign with a ranking formula and a decision policy. Hi, I have a question regarding the 91-day criteria for journeys. We have batch evaluated journeys with read audience that are intended to be always on (evergreen) in the sense that we hope that profiles keep entering as long as the journey is live.My question is once the journey is published what would happen after 91 days. We have not set any end date for the journey. Will it automatically move to finished state or will it continue to be live after 91 days. Also, in some documentation it says that after 91 days reporting data is not available or it gets refreshed. Is that case?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I was told that when trying to personalize an email,  using an attribute found on one of my data schemas (XDM ExperienceEvent), that I can’t.  I know I can use the data to create an audience, but I should also be able to use it. The dataset is “enabled for profile” so not sure why I can’t use the attribute.  Montez 

Hello, we need to send Amazon vouchers to our Clients who won a prize contest and we have to do it by email.We also have to send them to custom email addresses which are not in our Customer Data Platform because they are given by the Clients when the sign up for the contest.We are thinking of using the “Override Email Address” function in the Email Action Parameters to input custom email addresses from an external file, but we are not sure of the consequences.Is there a risk that we might create new ECID Profiles if we use email addresses which are not in the Customer Data Platform? Is there a risk that the emails, and thus the vouchers, won’t be delivered? Thank you very much for your attention!Joseph

any idea about what are the official hard limits and soft guardrails for nesting existing batch audiences within a single segment definition in AEP?Since Batch Decisioning jobs are limited to processing one audience at a time, it is natural to try nesting 30+ segments into a single "master audience" to get everything done in one run ?

Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO and I need to authenticate using Basic Authentication (username + password → Authorization: Basic base64(user:password)).However, in the available authentication options I only see API Key, OAuth, JWT, and MAC.Is Basic Authentication supported for Custom SMS providers, or is it not available in this configuration?Thanks!

Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO.The provider requires:A login request using Authorization: Basic base64(user:password) to retrieve a short-lived token A second request to send the SMS using Authorization: Bearer {token}Since the token expires frequently, is it possible in AJO Custom SMS configuration to:Dynamically generate the Basic header? Handle the login call and reuse the returned token?Or is middleware required to manage token refresh externally? If Custom SMS config can’t manage this, can Custom Actions do that? Thanks!
