Question

Experience Decisioning API

Why no offers are returned if you can side on the right side of the screen that some are exisitng on that sandbox? :)

Could be due to wrong sandbox/container or the offers are not in an “approved + active” state for the /Offer-items API, even though they still appear in the UI?

We’ve also seen propagation/cache lag cases where UI shows offers but DPS/Decisioning APIs temporarily return 0 results until the offer/activity is re-saved or republished.

Did you try /Offers API?
