Hi all,I'm trying to understand a specific aspect of AJO's decisioning capability. Does AJO's decisioning engine have the ability to generate/select offers purely on its own — using only internal AJO/AEP configuration (like offer eligibility rules, priorities, and constraints) — without needing to pull any profile or event data from an external/3rd party source into AEP?
Hi All,I'm trying to understand a discrepancy in visitor counts between Adobe Analytics and an Adobe Target activity using A4T reporting.I created a new Adobe Target activity that targets all visitors landing on a specific URL, and the activity is configured to use Analytics for Target (A4T) reporting. However, I noticed the following:Adobe Analytics reports approximately 500 unique visitors for this URL. The new Target activity shows only 250 unique visitors. I also have another existing Target activity running on the same URL, which includes an additional mobile segment as part of the audience criteria. That activity is showing approximately 390 unique visitors in Analytics.Since the new activity is targeted to all visitors on the URL, I would expect all visitors landing on that page to qualify for the activity.Could anyone help me understand what might be causing this discrepancy between the Analytics unique visitor count and the Target activity unique visitor count? Thanks,
I’m currently trying to create a fusion scenario to map the Workfront Core project status to a Planning record’s status field so there is more parity between the two objects. I’m running into this very odd issue where for some Planning Workspaces I am able to successfully map the status but in other workspaces I can’t. I’m an Admin and the owner of all workspaces so I don’t think it’s an issue with permissions but given how complicated Planning sharing is I haven’t fully ruled that out.The fusion scenario throws no obvious errors and appears to execute successfully, however in the output bundle I get is below, and I know the record ID it’s saying doesn’t match does exist: { "body": { "data": { "status": "failed", "total": 1, "succeeded": 0, "failed": 1, "requestId": "[Request ID redacted for privacy]", "results": [ { "requestIndex": 0,
While initially excited about the NEW Email Designer, I’ve found it to be incredibly frustrating to work with. I would appreciate any support with the spacing issue I’m having. I’ve included images of how my email looks in Marketo and how it looks once sent via Gmail. You can see the spaces between sections at the top and bottom of the email. I can confirm that there is no extra padding in any of the components/fragments of my template. While I can see the HTML, in the design studio, it’s locked so I can’t make any changes. I have watched every tutorial and asked as many users I can find and can get no solution. Additionally, there’s no way to bring in plain rich text without losing our brand fonts, weights etc. UGH. Not having the ability to upload our brand fonts/colors in the new designer and having it hold while working on an email is crazy. To have to add a custom color for every usage is very frustrating.
Hi everyone,I’m trying to identify duplicate records in our Marketo database using a Smart List with the “Email Address is duplicate” filter. The Smart List is showing 6 records, but when I go to the People tab and search for the email addresses of those records, I’m unable to find another person record with the same email address.Has anyone experienced this before?I’m trying to understand:- Why would the “Email Address is duplicate” filter return records when I cannot find the corresponding duplicate records in the People tab?- Could this be related to deleted/merged records, workspaces/person partitions, indexing, or Smart List data refresh?- Is there a reliable way to identify the actual duplicate records that Marketo is detecting before we proceed with a database cleanup?Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I’m facing Adobe Analytics Error “Error code: 500-001: Page loading fail”.I’m not sure why this error happens. Full error message is below:The page could not be loaded correctly. Hi Team,I’m working on a use case where I need to trigger a Workfront Fusion flow when a Smart Campaign is run/activated in Marketo. The requirement is:When a Smart Campaign is activated/run in Marketo, the Fusion flow should be triggered. The flow should check whether the Communication Limit option is unchecked for that campaign. If the Communication Limit is unchecked, the Fusion flow should proceed and send the email. If the Communication Limit is checked, the flow should not send the email. Is there any way to trigger a Workfront Fusion flow when a Marketo Smart Campaign is activated/run? Also, is there a Marketo REST API that can return the Communication Limit setting for a Smart Campaign?Any guidance or recommended approach would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
If the Custom Action is used in live journey I am not able to change the payload, authentication etc?
After a marketer gives feedback on a piece of creative work, the designer should be able to open that proof and review the feedback and the markups that were made on the proof correct? Today, our designers reported that once they were notified of “Needs Work”, they can’t open the proof. Is that by design? Is there a different workflow they should be following to access that feedback? We are on Workfront with Adobe Cloud Storage and using the Frame Viewer for unified review and approvals. Any help would be appreciated.
Many teams use fixed-date tasks such as launch dates, event dates, or email send dates. In these scenarios, predecessor tasks often need to be completed a specific number of business days before the fixed-date task and automatically adjust when that date changes.Currently, Workfront does not provide a reliable native way to maintain these offsets. While the As Late As Possible (ALAP) task constraint may appear to be a potential solution, using ALAP can create unintended impacts to the overall project timeline, making it difficult to support this type of scheduling without manual updates or custom automation. We would like Adobe to evaluate enhancements to ALAP and related scheduling capabilities to better support deadline-driven work. This would reduce the need for custom automation, simplify template maintenance, and make native scheduling functionality more effective for a broader range of planning scenarios.
Just checking if anyone using connecting Adobe analytics data to PowerBI via 2.0 API connector. We have already migrated our reports to use 2.0 implementation and data refresh works fine on powerBI desktop. However, we published to PowerBI, the refresh fails during user authentication throwing an error “ This API endpoint has been discontinued”. Tried deleting and republishing the data source but still fails.Anyone that has come across this? Thanks.

I’m exploring options for using Unified Approvals to review Word documents stored in SharePoint. Since Unified Approvals doesn’t create approval workflows from linked documents—and Frame.io doesn’t allow native copyediting for Word files—I’m trying to figure out whether anyone has built a workaround. The workflow I’m aiming for looks like this:Author uploads a Word doc to SharePoint. Author shares the SharePoint link with reviewers/approvers via Workfront (names vary by project). Reviewers/approvers receive an approval request. A dashboard displays all pending approvals. Reviewers/approvers open the link and make edits in Word. Approvers log their decision in Workfront. If anyone has tackled something similar—or found a creative solution—I'd appreciate your insights.
I’m trying to create a project level report that captures issue “wait time” -- the time between when an issue was entered (convertedOpTaskEntryDate) and the date the issue was converted into a project. I cannot seem to find a way to do this. I can create a new field to time stamp the conversion date, but how would I do that? Thanks!
I am new to working with Captivate 13.1. Previously worked with Captivate Classic. I am not able to regenerate AI text to speech using new voices for testing and review purposes. I have tried to follow the online help instructions, but the images on the help instructions are from a version prior to Captivate 13. What are the steps to regenerate AI text to speech audio using an existing narration script?Link to Adobe Captivate help:Add and edit audio in Adobe Captivate | Captivate Category selected below as a best guess Thank you in advance
Hi, We currently have problem to install large package through SOAP call which contains our custom schema definitions - currently XML package definition is a little bit bigger than 1.2 MB. In logs we can find messages likeSRV-810019 The server process 'web@default' (pid=xxxxx) has unexpectedly crashed. It will be restarted. (iRc=-53) when package was a little bit larger than 1MB then we had no such problems Any advice ? Thanks in advance
Hello,I am wondering how to build a segment to identify visitors who added a product to their cart but did not place an order within a specific period, and subsequently placed an order after a certain date. For example, I would like to identify visitors who added a product to their cart but did not place an order between 2025/1/1 and 2026/7/30, but subsequently placed an order from 2026/7/31 onward. The following is what I built so far:I’d be grateful if any can enlighten me!
I have an running AEM 6.5.1 LTS instance that contains a lot of own content and code packages, as well as own configurations. Now I want to upgrade this instance to 6.5.2. I download the release service pack and figured out, the “service pack” is a jar and not a single zip file.My current experience is when I execute this jar file I will get an instance with default and lose my content. Does not really exists another way?
when date range is changed the display option is auto checking.I want to show data without percentage(red) and comparison trendline. Even though it’s unchecked, while changing the date range it is auto checked and comparison percentage(red) is shown
Im using the following query to consult ClientIDs that entered a specific action (Email action): SELECTDISTINCT identityMap['clientId'] [0] ['id'] AS node_enter_profilesFROMjourney_step_eventsWHERE_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.journeyVersionID = 'd67b3772-71a9-4d4c-b78f-a7c5373f8034'AND _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.actionID = 'b5a8420a-899b-437b-97fd-4a425f7a4e71'AND COALESCE(_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.journeyNodeProcessed,false) = trueAND (_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.dryRunID IS NULLOR _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.dryRunID = '')AND COALESCE(_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.inTest,false) = false Is there a way to include in this query, the date of the start of the journey as well as tags related to the journey?
1. Content Fragments aren't a drop-in replacement for page componentsContent Fragments (CFs) model structured content well product data, article bodies, reusable content blocks but they're not meant to replace your entire page authoring model. Teams that try to force every page into pure CF + GraphQL often end up rebuilding layout/personalization logic that AEM Sites already gave them for free. Headless works best for content that's genuinely reused across channels (app, web, kiosk, partner feed), not for one-off marketing pages that only ever render in AEM Sites.2. GraphQL persisted queries are not optional in productionIf you're calling the GraphQL endpoint with ad-hoc queries from the front end, stop Cloud Service requires persisted queries for production use (arbitrary GraphQL queries against Publish are disabled by default for security/performance reasons). Every query needs to be registered as a persisted query via a content package or the endpoint. Teams that build their POC wit
Hi!I'm trying to understand why one of my Adobe Analytics alerts isn't triggering. My configuration is:"Any of these metrics" with 2 calculated metrics. An additional AND condition with a minimum number of visits. Segments applied to all the alert rules. Rolling time window and hourly alertThe alert works when I create two separate alerts—one for each calculated metric—while keeping all the other conditions exactly the same. However, it doesn't trigger when both metrics are included under "Any of these metrics", even when one of them clearly exceeds the threshold.Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any limitation or known issue with using calculated metrics together with "Any of these metrics"?Thanks!
