How to unapprove an autoresponder email in Marketo?

My triggered automated email can’t be “unapproved” when I click the unapprove option. What do I have to “turn off” in the automated routine to be able to unapprove and access/update my email?

You must ensure the email isn't referenced in any smart lists, flows, reports, etc.

But you don't need to unapprove in order to edit the asset. Just create a draft.

Thanks for the tip. We found the active SEND EMAIL flow step and took it out of the sequence and that enabled us to unapprove and edit...
