Query related to RTE Plugins in AEM EDS Universal Editor

I have added the RTE plugins to my project; however, the Text Color and Typography Style options are not being applied to the selected text while working in AEM EDS Universal Editor.

Additionally, these plugins are not visible in blocks that contain child blocks. If the parent block requires these RTE plugins, they are currently not appearing, which prevents authors from using the configured functionality within the parent block.

Could you please check and help identify the cause of this issue?
