Hello,I need to be able to export the list of "Exceptions" (i.e. public holidays) for each of our schedules. Hi Experts, Currently my AEM 6.5 version is SP15, and I want to upgrade it to SP18, my question is do I need to install SP16 SP17 SP18 in order, or can I just install SP18 directly?Also do I need to install the same version SP both on Author and Publish? Do I need to upgrade Dispatcher as well? Do they have according compatibility version requirement? BR

I'm attempting to update the "Project Sponsor" field that is in the Overview Stakeholders section.  I'd assumed updating the Sponsor ID through my update module would do it but it's not.Any ideas what could be wrong?  I don't see a property directly called "Project Sponsor" in the fields to map.   

Hi all,We need to create a custom token with custom object fields in order to push this data by a webhook. We're trying to preserve our API quota. Is this possible? I'm able to create an email script token to pull in the fields but it's only at program level. Am I doing this wrong?

Hi, I'm currently looking for resources on setting up a structure in AEM sites to have old content (pages or sites) be removed from sites. However, I like to do this in a 30/60/90 day process. On any of these marker dates we can then remove for good. I'm looking for ways to safely archieve content whether it be AEM PROD pages or Assets, but if pages were mistakenly deleted or archieved we can bring them back either with a restore or from the archieve folder.  I see when an author and we go to delete pages do get the prompt to archieve pages. I would like to use this feature in AEM but need guidence on how to do so or provide access to the archieve portion of AEM.  I like to reduce the risk of unmistakenly delete content. So, I like to use the AEM Plateform to try and safegaurd or place a check in goverance on page removals.  I'm open to suggestions if you feel a workflow to move pages that need to deleted after a set period of time, Or a folder s

My current organization is transitioning from Meridian LMS to Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), while continuing to use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As an LMS Specialist, I’ve primarily worked with Meridian and have limited experience with Adobe products. I’ve now been tasked with integrating ALM with AEM, and I’m looking for documentation, guidance, or best practices to successfully achieve this integration.

I'm finding some bugs in split activty. First one, even when it says exclusion, it is not. I've to recheck it.  But later, it feels like the schema isn't really added. When I come back to the split, if I press Previous, it shows me another shcema (The database one) And if i execute, it gives an error of missmatching schemas (X schema to  '', empty).  Anyone knows why is this happening? Struggling to get this to work. I'm hoping to get a View column to be used on the Templates page that displays the total Planned Hours in teach Template for a specific roleID. Is this possible?

I have created a custom property and added it to the file properties (Metadata Schema Form Editor)The custom property list was added to /libs/fmdita/config/metadataListThis made the list available in the Map Console > Advanced > File Properties dropdown.I selected each of the property from the dropdown and generated an output.However, this selection does not seem to have any impact on the metadata that is available in the output. The list is simply not picked up! Can you help me understand the behaviour? And also, help me with the any configuration that needs to be set to get the custom metadata tags propagated to the output? 

My manager exported some utilization data from Planner.  The actual hours for a particular user seemed low, and we realized it was because this user had logged hours for tasks to which she had not been assigned.  We're trying to determine how widespread this issue might be.I built an hours report, and I first tried filtering where the owner ID does not equal the assigned to IDownerID=FIELD:task:assignedToID ownerID_Mod=neThis did pull records we're looking for, but it also pulled records where the person logging the hours was an assignee on the task but not the primary assignee.Is there a way to filter out the latter records?  I tried experimenting with different variations of my filter (including using assignmentsListString and assignmentsUsersMM), all without success.  Does anyone know how to filter on hours logged by non-assignees?

We’re implementing AEP for real-time API-based data flows. Our identity model uses a composite key, for example:compositeId = field1 + field2The primary real-time source only provides field1, while field2 exists in another source system that is ingested separately. Because AEP relies on the complete composite identity for stitching and unified profile creation, this leads to incomplete or fragmented profiles.We’re exploring the best architectural approach within AEP to handle scenarios where only part of a composite identity is available in real time.

Hi, We are using a Salesforce Commerce experience with a non-Marketo form, which creates leads in Salesforce, which then sync over to Marketo. However, no Marketo web visit data is being collected, so I'm looking to use the Push Lead to Marketo endpoint to send the submission to Marketo and tie it to the web visit data being collected by Munchkin (already installed on the commerce site). How do I do this to avoid conflicts with the same lead being created in both systems?Can I just associate the lead that is initially created in SF with the munchkin cookie somehow? Thanks!
