We are looking into sharing final files from our documents section in Workfront with an external partner/agency to create efficiencies. Is there a way to trigger a notification with the documents in an email to a partner through Fusion to be sent directly to the partner? 

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with tracking webinar engagement when using the native Zoom Events integration with Marketo.Here’s the situation:We have the native Zoom Events integration set up. When we connect a webinar program to Zoom Events via the Events option (channel connection), we sometimes see issues where: Registrations fail or return errors Statuses like Registered, Attended, and No Show are not consistently tracked in Marketo However:When we instead use the Zoom → Marketo sync by entering the Program ID directly in the Zoom Events integration, the tracking works correctly and all statuses are captured as expected.My questions:Why is there a discrepancy between these two integration methods? Is the “Events channel connection” method known to have limitations or sync delays? Are there best practices to ensure consistent tracking of registration and attendance statuses when using Zoom Events with Marketo?Any insights or similar experiences would be really helpful!Than

Hello Everyone, I would like to add a team / user on Workfront project (i.e. people section of the WF project).I tried the beloew  Custom API module  URI : prjusr Method : Post  Query String : ProjectID & UserIDError : Invalid Json at line 1 (If the parameters are passed in the Body section) -OR- null objCode (when the parameters were passed as Query Strings)   Create Record Record type : Project User Passed both fields : Project ID & User ID Error : PRTU is not a top level object 

I’d like to use attribute weighting in an item-based criterion in a way that makes sense to me but apparently didn’t occur to Adobe devs. The current setup has a weighting % slider, then you choose the attribute, then an operator, then you must enter a static value, so this is really just a leaky filter.What I want I want from your AI is this:Look at the attributes of the current item Look at which attribute(s) I’ve selected to weight Then look at the catalog items that also have this/these attribute(s) Recommend items with rank based first on similarity in these attribute values Ideally, you could also apply an operator here to tailor matching vs. anti-matching, e.g., highly recommend items that are more or less different in these attribute values

Hi, I want to join delivery and tracking logs for push. For email I know we can use “messageProfileId” but I can’t see that column in Push tracking logs. Do you know if there’s an specific column (or maybe a concatenation of ids) to join both Delivery and Tracking for push? My goal is to see the opens or clicks for a profile who received the push. Thanks.

Hi,I have an requirement to convert the non-pdf to pdf documents, the AEM server installed is linux version. As per the Adobe documentation, Installed the openoffice and run the SRT. The response is nill. Also when checked with Adobe they are telling that there could be openoffice installation issue.I tried to reach openoffice team but there is no much use. can somebody help me here or guide on resolving this issue 

I created a report using text mode to group a task report by assignment, program and portfolio. I can see the groupings in the report details, but charting is not working. When I try to group the chart by program, I only see “project,” which does not give me what I’m looking for. Hello!Has anyone seen any documentation on what’s included in the various Planning packages? I've seen names like Planning Plus and Planning Prime but struggling to find what’s included in them. I did find this information in the Experience League article about what was included in the trial but not sure if that’s what is in Planning Prime for just the trial or if this is the standard offerings in Planning Prime. I have a task report where I have a text mode column that is showing the assigned to name of a different task than what I’m reporting on which is why it’s in text mode. But as we know with text mode, if the project has more than one task that meets the criteria, it’s going to pull two names into that column. Is it possible to expand on my existing text mode to only show one name in the column based on another field I’m using called “related invoice date”  so for example, my current text mode is:  displayname=Report Writerlistdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(project.tasks).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({name}='Report Writer Allocation',{assignedTo}.{name})valueformat=HTML and I want the value expression to be:  if the name contains report writer AND the related invoice date is last year, then show the assigned to name. Is this possible? If so, can someone help me with the text mode?

I can find these from APIs may be, but I dont see any dataset which has this information.

Hi Adobe Community, Greetings!  For AJO use case where streaming segment is one of the core dependencies, I wanted to check if we can potentially configure a trigger event journey that does not depend on streaming audience qualification?  Due to our current architecture with AEP, we're unable to get streaming segments to work in our instance, because our current connect type is based on a batch type of connector. So, even though we have set the ingestion cadence to 15 mins and profiles + events update in the profile store <15 mins but still the streaming audience do not qualify in real/near-real time as the current connection type doesn’t supports it. All other factors necessary for streaming segment to qualify is satisfied, except the connection type.  Creating a new connection would significantly delay our use case deployment. Hence we were exploring creating journeys that would trigger based on events.  As am not aware about AJO (am an AEP dev), Just wanted to get expert opinion

When we audit all the campaigns couple of years later, its very difficult to two things:1. If someone has added or removed any custom forms. We have no audit trail on the campaign.On the copied campaign, we never come to know how the campaign was created. Either it was created by a user through converting into a template, or it was copied from an old campaign.Does anyone track that at your organisation?
