Hi everyone! I’m playing around with the new email editor and trying to create a test template. It’s not letting me bold (or italicize, etc) specific words...it just bolds the entire text block. It’s the same in paragraph, h1, h2, etc stylings. Is this intentional or a bug? Or is that something you can only do at an email asset level?Thanks!

I have a XF which is targeted using context hub and when i try to refer it via OTB Experience-Fragment component then everything works fine like its rendering the proper content and not full html in dom but when i do the same with custom xf reference component then its loading the full html in domI am using the same code as OTB to render the html and making sure my XF path is till /jcr:content since in OTB component also we load the path till /jcr:content. Also if i give a non targeted XF then everything works fine

Hello! I am having some issues with getting Adobe Target to fire on my Google Chrome since switching to a new computer. I am the platform owner for my team so as you can image, if the experiences are not firing for me on my main browser, this is a problem.  On my old computer the experiences (when activated) would show on microsoft edge and google chrome, now they are only showing on microsoft edge. However, others on google chrome can still see the experiences so it appears to be just me. Troubleshooting I have tried: 1. Accepting all cookies 2. Clearing my cache3. Restarting my computerClosing all tabs and trying againLooking for assistance and suggestions please and thank you!

Question : ServiceNow Integration to Adobe :- Can we create 2 Child Entity Company profiles In Adobe Developer Console to integrate with 2 Separate ServiceNow Instances.The Parent Company has one Adobe Developer Console which is currently assigning licenses to entity companies and its employees.Is there a Possibility in the Parent Adobe developer console to create two Separate Child  Entities profiles ?so that the licenses can be assigned and the ServiceNow SaaS Adobe integration can be performed directly from the Child Entity profile to SN. 

Hello,I am currently setting up a source flow from Salesforce CRM. Airtable has deprecated API keys in favor of Personal Access Tokens for some time now and PAT are the recommended way to connect through the Airtable API.  https://airtable.com/developers/web/api/authenticationI am requesting that Fusion allow connections to Airtable using a PAT rather than Client ID / Secret and OAuth login.We currently have a technical email account setup with access to Airtable but due to our companies Entra policies this account cannot login through SSO to Airtable.  Because of this I cannot get through the login screen to grant access to Airtable when setting up a connection in Fusion.  I can however have a PAT setup from our system admin of Airtable for this account.Please add the ability to use a PAT when setting up an Airtable connection using the standard out of the box Airtable connector.

Hi Team,I'm currently working on a custom component in AEM as a Cloud Service.In the Rich Text Editor (RTE) field of my dialog, when switching to source edit mode (HTML view), I noticed that plain text input is automatically wrapped with <p> tags. For example:Input:Hello WorldOutput:<p>Hello World</p> I would like to disable this behavior so that plain text remains unchanged, without being wrapped in <p> tags. Is there any configuration available to prevent automatic <p> insertion in source mode?Or would this require a custom plugin or overlay? Thanks in advance for your help!

After a promo email went out, we got a huge spike from Microsoft-based IPs. I believe we got about 300K UV in 4 hours, so it’s likely from their email scanners. This seems like an old problem that is popping up again in 2026. Does anyone have a way to mitigate reporting this traffic as UVs? We’re using Cloudflare, but they even bypassed that.

We are A/B testing an experience where Cohort B is redirected to a ‘/page-b’ while cohort A should see the default ‘/page-a’.What was happening initially- Initially we used AT’s redirect offers but it was conflicting with our Next.js routing/CDN . It caused flickering and messed up React's hydration process. It also prevented us from getting correct readings for our test experience in GA4This is what we did as a bypass solution -Created the A/B test using FEC with a redirect mbox and a JSON offer. Created a middleware at the Next.js level that intercepted the request from a user’s device on our server before the page loads (before any HTML is sent) It calls Adobe Target's Edge Network to get the redirect decision asking  "Should I redirect this user?" and Target responds with either a redirect decision or no action. Hi All    I am trying to configure Siteimprove for PROD Cloud server. I am following the documentation provided in SiteImprove. But during the API configuration , I am getting below error. Has anyone faced similar issue and what is the resolution ? Note :- I am checking with the licensing team to see if the Pre-publish is available . Hi all, How do we do an AEMCS Based System Architecture Design?Let us say, it is not migration from AEM 6.5 or so to AEMCS, but a green field implementation. I am aware it is a vast subject itself! But, at a high level, what are the ten-fifteen key ingredients we consider for doing this design?For example, we can say Fitting “Fastly” as CDN as an out of box option or our own CDN like Akamai.Pros and Cons? CDN is kind of Hardware decision.Kindly cover software aspects also like Editable Templates, Separation of Mutable and Immutables, using Cloud Manager for all deployments, etc, etc. Highly appreciate all your replies and guidance. Thanks,RK.

If so, can you show me an example of how the mail to button is shown in UI? Profile Sync: Does an unsubscribe via this Mail-To method automatically update the Consent Schema (choice set to opt-out) in the profile, or is manual synchronization required?Looking to confirm if this is fully automated when "Adobe Managed" is selected in the channel configuration.Thanks!

Hi team,I am trying to upload password protected PDFs and I am seeing error once pdf is uploaded. Does AEM supports password protected PDFs? If no, do we have any pipeline to enable this feature? 

I have a client that is letting me know that the sync between Marketo engage and SFDC reports some errors leaving the leads with empty fields on SFDC, so she's unable to assign them to the sales team. What I don’t understand is how is it possible the leads get synced in SFDC when those fields are marked as mandatory to fill on the forms on LPs in Marketo. Anyone experienced any similar discrepancy in this process?
