Hi all, we would like to create a cart abandonment email that shall be triggered from RT-CDP to Campaign v8 if the user started the checkout (commerce.checkouts event) but did not purchase (commerce.purchases) within x minutes. So far, the audience definition is straight forward and also shows profiles qualified for it.Now, we could like to send an email out to the cart abandoner. Since the audience contains Profile information but not Experience Event data from the checkout event, what is the best approach to get this crucial data over to v8? Also, the Campaign destinations all seem to work as batch exports with a minimum frequency of 3 hours. Is there any way to stream this information as soon as a Profile newly qualifies for the audience?

As a Workfront admin and consultant, I've lost count of how many times I've had to explain the intricacies of Task Constraints and how each one behaves in Workfront. Chances are, so have you. Over the years, I've made a few attempts to create a task view that can coach users on which date-related fields they should edit to get predictable results in their task dates. Those attempts were inevitably not always correct due to the number of variables that can impact task scheduling. Last week I was asked to produce yet another lesson on task scheduling for a new group. I decided one more time to again try making my "dream view." This time, I did not give up. I think it paid off, and personally am really happy with the results. Knowing it can be a challenge in every instance, I've decided to share it here in hopes that it will help some of you with your own user support. The view includes Predecessor, Start, Duration, End, and Task Constraint columns that each use conditional

Hi everyone, I have a weird issue in AEM 6.5.21 with the Asset References where for each item, if it was referenced more than 10 times, the references tab will show not more than 10 items. I have checked the indexes and the results provide, for one example, 12 results, while the UI in the AEM gives 10 results. The same applies to the Classic UI references, always max. of 10 items are shown. In the UI, I can see that the results are fetched from /bin/wcm/references (Classic UI) or from /mnt/overlay/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/rails/references/items/references.provider.html (Touch UI), but I wasn't able to find any limitation/restrictions to max. 10 items. Here are some screenshots: You can see that in the CRX query and in the query explanation, I can see 12 results, while the UI gives 10. While doing a move operation, I see all the references, all 12 of them, but in the UI it's max. 10. This is confusing for the content authors sometimes, so I'd
We have discovered a strange ting that happens when we are pasting text into a fragment. If we are cleaning up the text in Notepad, and uses the text in a fragment we are running into some issues. It seems like if the text from Notepad has several paragraphs something strange happens. The first paragraph is recanalized as a paragraph and is placed inside a P-tag <p>. But the other paragraphs that is pasted in is for some reason placed into div-tags <div> This causes problems with the design of the content. Explained in code this would look something like this:Notepad text:Here is our paragraph text oneHere is our paragraph text twoHere is our paragraph text treeIn our fragment in AJO the code for this would look like this: <p>Here is our paragraph text one</p><div></div><div>Here is our paragraph text two</div><div></div><div>Here is our paragraph text tree</div>As you can see the tree paragraphs ar
Description -We recently customised our calendar so that week now starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday.However, the descriptions in the data dictionary haven't updated and include the sentence: "By default, this refers to the time period that starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday prior to the current week.".We cannot edit these descriptions in the UI as they are "Adobe provided components".We feel that the existing definitions are likely to mislead users. Why is this feature important to you -The current behaviour is misleading. How would you like the feature to work - Either: a) The descriptions of Adobe provided components such as "Last Week" can be edited by users, orb) If users customise their calendar to change the start date of a week then the definitions for these date ranges are updated automatically. Current Behaviour -The descriptions cannot be edited as they are "Adobe provided components".

Issues:1) No horizontal scroll to see all the milestones. 2) Milestones names are missing when scrolled to the bottom to see horizontal scroll.3) Updating the filter breaks the page.
I deleted such a dataset but the profiles from that datasets still persists in RT CDP. Would they be removed?
We have Web SDK set up. In our Data Stream, under GEOLOCATION AND NETWORK LOOKUP, all the checkboxes including State/Province, and Country are clicked. In the Adobe Debugger, I found this variable xdm.placeContext.geo.stateProvince. It's set to my Country and Province.I would like to use the value of stateProvince in a Custom Code in Launch; e.g. If xdm.placeContext.geo.stateProvince = "CA-ON", then do some action.How can I refer to the stateProvince variable to use it in a custom code in Launch?
I am integrating Adobe Experience Platform Batch Ingestion APIs using my Adobe Developer Console project.The project has the Adobe Experience Platform API added, and I’m using service account (JWT/OAuth) credentials for authentication.However, when I try to create or write to a dataset, I get the following 403 ForbiddenError: Expected:The dataset should be successfully created or be accessible for writing under the prod sandbox.Actual:The request fails with a 403 ForbiddenError, indicating that the service account does not have WRITE permission to the dataset.Question:What permissions or configurations are required in Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Developer Console to grant the service account WRITE access to datasets in the prod sandbox?
I am using event forwarding to send data to the XYZ destination. For this, I have configured the required property, added it to the data stream, and tested the setup—it is working as expected. The endpoint URL is authenticated. Currently, I have generated the authentication token using Postman and stored it in the secrets, but this token expires every 24 hours. Is there a way to automatically generate a new token every 24 hours (or less) and update the secret with the latest token value?
How long can you store activity event data from Marketo in B2B RTCDP/AEP? I know Marketo does not maintain this data after 90 days but I was under the impression, that like other CDPs, this data can be stored for as long as necessary without much concern in AEP. I have heard talk about there not being an 'upcert' in B2B, unlike in B2C, which would prevent B2B from maintaining this data long term - basically until I want to remove it. 🙂 Looking for confirmation that this is not accurate and B2B maintains Marketo Activity data well beyond the 90 days.
I want to use conkeyref to add values for elements in the prolog, for eample, prodname or category. I have created the required keys and bound it to the map/topic. I am able to add the conkeyref in the content of the topic, say within a <p> tag, but not with the Prolog. The key list is displayed, but upon selection of a key, the Update button in the dialog box is displayed. So, I used the source mode, and added the conkeyref. It picks up as conkeyref within the prodname or category is DITA valid. In short, here is the observed behavior:The Attributes panel in Web Editor does not allow updating conkeyref on elements inside <prolog>.Even using “Insert → Reuse Content” or moving the conkeyref to a dedicated attribute on <prodinfo> does not enable the Update button in this context.Is there a configuration that I am missing? OR is this an out-of-the-box behavior in AEM Guides. There’s no configuration to get the conkeyref working for Prolog from t
Hello,I'm developing a client library named image.editor and including it in the extraClientlibs list for page properties and component.This client library uses the dialog-loaded event to retrieve image alternative text from DAM assets. The implementation works correctly when:1. Editing a component dialog.2. Editing page properties of an existing page. However, it fails to load and execute when creating a new page.I've observed that the clientlib .js file is not loaded during the new page creation process, whereas it loads successfully when editing an existing page. The extraClientlibs list on the page includes:cq.common.wcmcore.wcm.components.page.v3.editorcq.wcm.msm.propertiesgranite.contexthub.configurationcq.siteadmin.admin.propertiescore.wcm.components.image.v3.editorimage.editor Is there something I might be missing, or is it generally not recommended to include a custom clientlib like this in the page's extraClientlibs for dialog functionality? Any sugge
I have created a subject schema; here is the sample code: <subjectScheme><title>Subject Schema Definition</title><!-- 1) Permissions (for prolog@view) --><subjectdef keys="permissions"><subjectdef keys="perm_internalonly"><topicmeta><navtitle>InternalOnly</navtitle><shortdesc>Only visible to internal staff</shortdesc></topicmeta></subjectdef><subjectdef keys="perm_lix_experiment"><topicmeta><navtitle>LIX_experiment</navtitle><shortdesc>Experimental LIX audience</shortdesc></topicmeta></subjectdef><subjectdef keys="perm_lix_control"><topicmeta><navtitle>LIX_control</navtitle><shortdesc>Control group for LIX experiments</shortdesc></topicmeta></subjectdef></subjectdef><enumerationdef><!-- bind to prolog@view --><elementdef name="prolog"></elementdef><attributedef name="view
I published a DITA map using the AEM Sites output preset in AEM Guides. However:The navigation panel is missing in the generated output.The links that are visible in the generated output are not rendered on the published page. Kindly advise. Thanks
I need to be able to assess the different types of risk associated with our documentation. Think things like Business Risk, Reputational Risk, Compliance Risk, Operational Risk, Country Risk, etc. Currently we have several risk-related attributes that are used to calculate a risk rating. What would be the best way to solve for this in Guides? I was thinking using tags for all of the dita objects (topics, maps, etc.) could cover the requirement of what type of risk, but I also need to be able to calculate a risk rating based on that data. Is using tags even the right approach? How could we use Guides for calculations like this? Thank you for your help.
Hi all, I have implemented Sling Content Distribution (of type Sync Distribution) to sync nodes from one publisher to another publisher. I am using a custom trigger based on ResourceChangeListener, only looking for added events under the path /home/users/IDCS. Use case being i am only trying to sync new created users as i have enabled encapsulation token support and want to ensure newly created users are synced across publishers. I am able to sync the top level user nodes ( like /home/users/IDCS/ymk6sYtFij-x_-UkAyF_) across the publishers, How can i sync the group this user is part of in Publisher A to Publisher B, what nodes do i have to send to another publisher so the permissions are also synced?Below is the code to trigger an event to the sync Agent that i have configured called "simple-agent". package com.abc.test.core.services.impl;import java.util.HashMap;import java.util.List;import java.util.Map;import org.apache.sling.api.resource.LoginException;impo

Can yo please help clarify if and how i can limot what is pushed for translation machione or human etc. via variables or filtering to only translate new or added contect strings and avoid pushing all available strings each time.@174873 Thanks in advance for a swift reply! I have a task report where I am trying to capture approvals made by certain teams. I have the view set to task>approvers, and this displays the info I want. The issue is when trying to filter on TASK > approvers, there is not that option. Can I accomplish this with TEXT mode or is there a better field to reference when wanting to filter approvals by team involved?
