How to trigger a scenario when a document version is updated

Hi everyone,

this might be a trivial question, but I am struggling to find a trigger that will start a scenario whenever a document version gets updated (i.e. a new version is added in WF).

Any ideas how I can monitor the document version and see when a new version is added?
