AJO data issue

Hi Team,

 

In AJO, few data from other journeys are also inserting into the current running journey. I have applied all the possible validations, but this issue has not resolved. What could be the issue? Please help me to resolve this.

If you are exporting data to cloud storage, you have two options:

  • Use Data Distiller: Set up a scheduled query within Data Distiller to specifically extract the journey-specific data and write it to a new dataset. This new, filtered dataset can then be exported to your desired destination.
  • Export Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Dataset: If you export the standard OOTB dataset directly, be aware that it will contain all the journey data, not just the specific journey you might be interested in.

Could you provide further details on the specific journey being impacted, and explain what data from other journeys is relevant, including what those other journeys are currently doing?

for example. In the respective journey exported data the other journey details also available. Like Journey name, Customer name, Unique ID etc.

Hey, can you clarify if the problem is with the active journey itself or the data you're exporting? Also, which dataset are you exporting, how are you doing it, and what's the end goal here?
