Error while adding mp4 video in the InApp channel for AJO

Has anyone faced an error while adding mp4 video in the InApp channel for AJO. I’ve added GIF and it works fine but not embedded video playback.

Could you please let me know if this is feasible or not, documentation does say video is supported.

    ​@PrateekWa1 Overall size of the in-app message, including mp4 video, should be less than 2MB.

      Thanks, Sathees, let me try adding mp4 lesser than 2mb and validate if it works.
