Workflow that removes quarantined subscriptions (appSubscriptionRcp) and how to protect one recipient

Hello,

Do anyone know if the workflow “cleanup” is the one removing registries in appSubscriptionRcp table (Removing the ones that have been quarantined, i mean)?

And if it is, how do I stop it from removing one recipient-related registries? (Or how do i stop one recipient of getting into quarantine)

Thank you in advance!

Hi Hector,

If you’re trying to prevent a particular recipient from being quarantined, you’ll need to navigate to the non-deliverables and addresses folder (or go to the nms:address schema).

Once there, search for the quarantined recipient in question, and set their “Status” to “Allowlisted” this should allow sends regardless of the error returned. That said, please exercise caution as doing this outside of a testing scenario can create IP reputation and deliverability issues.
