I'm creating a video portfolio - I'm a film editor - using Adobe Portfolio. I was uploading some work, but I noticed that there's no way to choose the cover frame (a serious flaw). This was ruining the look of my portfolio, so I tried embedding directly from Vimeo and YouTube, but after doing so, I noticed that only a tiny thumbnail appeared, it didn't look good at all. Does anyone know what's happening or how to fix this?Thank you.
The Ask: Create a task a report that shows me the approval task in the workflow with all the task data. Then show me an indicator if there are documents pending approval. (customer uses document approvals) Is this possible on a task level report? I can get the names of the documents but no dice on the approval status of those documents. listdelimiter=<hr>listmethod=nested(project.documents).listsname=Documentsstretch=0type=iteratevalueexpression=CONCAT({name}," versions: ",{lastVersionNum})valueformat=HTML
We have been using Workfront for about 4-5 years but we are just now starting to utilize the resource management tool. We will be adding planned hours and task assignees will track actual hours. We are questioning whether weekly status update meetings and other meetings need to be tracked for planned and actual hours? If so, how are they tracked? It may be a 30 minute meeting with 20 attendees. Does this mean we we plan for 10 hours on the task with each attendee assigned to the meeting task so each team member’s hours accurately reflect 30 minutes? Thanks for any guidance
I don’t believe this exists so I’m going to throw this out there:It would be nice if we can add custom filters on a user profile that would kick in when that user is looking at the report automatically. Making it easier to create more basic reports that are unique for that user based on custom fields. For examples, if your team is divided into Line of Businesses members serve, we can create a report that is $$HomeTeam, but your user custom filters may say you only see the LOB you serve. A co-worker would have their LOB as what they see only, though it’s the same report. So, we do not have to do so many versioning of the same report.
Hi, We're working on tracking Demandbase paid ad and third-party ad clicks in Marketo using query strings, UTMs.I understand that, in general, query params may not appear in a specific order, and there could be additional params added by search engines or ad networks.Additionally, when I review the data in GA4 (landing page + query string), I see the Demandbase param (db3id) after the url but not the UTMs.What's the best way to track this in Marketo?
Thanks to everyone that participated in our first event of the year for our WUG Colorado chapter. We had a great conversation and lots of discussion around how changes in our workflows and environments are the norm and how can we plan for the changes. You’ll find below both a link to the recording of the session and the slides that we presented. There was fantastic dialog regarding the 4 step process we covered for planning your change but also how it relates to projects that many of us are beginning to undertake this year, namely the integration of AEM Assets to your Workfront environment and how folks are setting up that workflow. (There were 3 or 4 of us on the call that are all in the midst of starting this integration work). We’ll look to make this a topic in an upcoming event.Link to the deckLink to the Recording
Hello!Anyone know how to add decision labels? I have the main four but I need to add another. Thanks Justin
Hi Team,I have a question regarding Analysis Workspace – Freeform Table.I want to understand whether it is possible to use any two dimensions together in Rows without using Breakdown.Example: First dimension in Rows: Browser Type Second relevant dimension next to it: Browser Metric: Visits My expected view is something like:Browser Type | Browser | VisitsHowever, when I try to add the second dimension into Rows, Workspace only shows the Replace option. I do not see any way to place the second dimension next to the first one without using Breakdown, which I do not want in this case. What I’ve tried: Adding Browser Type first in Rows Then trying to add Browser as a second dimension in Rows Tried different drop positions inside the table But it doesn’t work.My question: Is it a limitation of Analysis Workspace that only one dimension is allowed in Rows without Breakdown? Or is there a specific method or best practice to show two related dimensions side-by-side with a metric? Any
I often use the calculator to decide how long to run an A/B test. Up until recently we've just used Target as the reporting source, but have recently enabled CJA which we're beginning to use. When using CJA to report out on Target activities (via the Experimentation Panel), I've noticed that the lift and confidence can take much longer to calculate than it would with the same page/page traffic in Target. Is this because we're applying the success metrics after the fact, rather than defining them within the VEC? And does that mean we should be using another calculator to determine test duration when using CJA as the reporting source? Thanks in advance!
Having a form performance report where completions could be viewed by day, week or month would be of great benefit to users that embed forms on their web pages vs. using Marketo landing pages. This would allow allow users to analyze form completions week-over-week, month-over-month or year-over-year without having to build smart lists for each time frame. It could also be used to see number of form completions over the course of the year by month.Furthermore, smart lists only report unique people that filled out the form within the defined time period, making it incredibly challenging to account for multiple submissions by the same person within that given time period. This report could have two option 1) to report by unique people that completed the form and attribute the most recent completion to its time frame or 2) to report total form completions.
Hi, I cannot save any changes on my existing project since new year. How can I resolve this problem?
We would like to get feedback from our users in Workfront and are trying to figure out how to solicit and take in that feedback. We are looking specifically to get the feedback from team members who have submitted requests and we want the feedback on how we served the request. Their requests are always converted to projects. I have one person on my team who has suggested assigning a task to give feedback in the resolving projet to the requestor. The task would have a form to fill out. This seems like it will be confusing to the requestor - tracking the task, finding the form, etc. Has anyone solved for this and if so how did you do it?
Hello,Is it possible to add a custom form to a dashboard? The custom form needs to be editable since people will have to fill it out and I also need to be able to download it as a pdf file. I am also open to add it via an external file, btw.The dashboard would be potentially linked to a project (ideally, I want to use this dashboard on all my projects without overwriting information).Asking this because I'm trying to find a workaround to make the form editable for teammates who don't have a Standard licence and also to review my whole workflow.Thank you!
I love the agility of boards, being able to move things around swiftly - would it be possible to have a ‘Resource’ board for traffic managers to use that has the same feature? The board would be a Team - i.e. Creative Studio. Each Team member has its own column with a list of all their assigned tasks - in the first column there would be all the unassigned work. The cards would need to show duration, planned hours and planned start and completion date. Each card would be grouped by date. From the unassigned column, the traffice manager can move the task to the available person to work on it.
For sandbox refreshes: We noticed the refresh resets the AEM Workflow config in the project templates. This means we have to manually configure it after each refresh. We'd appreciate it if this workflow would remain unchanged for the project templates because we use it for the AEM linked folders upon project creation. Second, for the environment package promotions: When we promote a project template there is no way to promote the document folders within it. This is another manual configuration we must do every time for each project template. It would be very helpful if these would not reset or if there was a way to edit multiple project templates all at once.
After reading this update about deleting requests in the new requesting experience: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/manage-work/requests/create-requests/delete-request-draft, what happens to the data associated to that request? Can a request be deleted if it has been converted to a project? If so, I assume that the project is deleted too?My concern is if someone deletes (one of their own) requests accidentally, it is not recoverable and data is lost - so is this something which can be prevented at access level or system wide?
Trying to automate program/campaign creation, but we have 1 smart campaign that requires an event code as a trigger constraint for the custom obejct trigger. We tested using a token for the value, but it was not working. Is there any other way to programmatically populate this?
When doing RAW ingestion via the HTTP API Streaming Source Connector, a source field can be mappend to multiple target field. However, there is no option to condition the mapping based on the value of the field. A case in point. If value of source field A eqauls yes, map to target field Aif value of source field A equals no, map to target field BThis cannot, to my understand, be done via calculated fields either, as you can only do if statements manipulating the value of said field, but not the mapping itself.
How do I enable the delivery call only when a particular section is available in the DOM?I am using the Adobe Target V2 extension. If you need any details from me, please feel free to ask.
Hello everyone, has anyone idea about why Target server-side integration for A/B testing in no-local environment stop working? I'm using the Target nodejs SDK with this on-device config:export const CONFIG = { client: process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_TARGET_CLIENT_ID, organizationId: process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_TARGET_ORG_ID, decisioningMethod: 'on-device', pollingInterval: 500000, // 5 minutes logger: console, timeout: 10000, // 10 seconds events: { artifactDownloadFailed: (event: any) => { console.error('[Target] 🚨 Artifact download failed:', event.error.message); }, artifactDownloadSucceeded: (event: any) => { console.log('[Target] ✅ Artifact download succeeded'); }, }, };Creating a Target client:import TargetClient from '@adobe/target-nodejs-sdk'; const targetClient = TargetClient.create(CONFIG);And executing the getOffers method:await client.getOffers({ request: { context: { channel: 'web' }, execute: { mboxes: [Array] }, id: {
Hi everyone 👋,I’m contributing here from A&T Engineering, a firm focused on delivering reliable and efficient engineering solutions across industrial and commercial projects. We’ve been exploring best practices for integrating digital tools into traditional engineering workflows — especially tools that help teams collaborate better, document processes, and share knowledge with clients and internal stakeholders. How Adobe Platforms Help Engineering TeamsMany engineering firms are now leveraging Adobe’s solutions (such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, and collaborative document workflows) to:✅ Standardize documentation: Technical drawings, compliance reports, and client deliverables become easier to version, share, and review when they’re digitized using Adobe tools.✅ Improve team collaboration: Teams can comment, annotate, and track changes on shared PDFs and design specs — reducing rework and miscommunication.✅ Upskill staff: Through the Adobe Experience League Community, e
Today in MSI our sales team can create modified list views for Best Bets using basic "AND" statement logic . In many cases the team would like to be able to configure this list using more advanced logic such as "OR" statements and logic groupings. A AND (B OR C)
Hi,I’m trying to call the Twilio Messages API (WhatsApp) from a Custom Action.Twilio requires application/x-www-form-urlencoded POST bodies (To, From, Body in the request body). However, in Custom Actions, even when the content type is set to application/x-www-form-urlencoded, the payload appears to be sent as JSON or query parameters, not as a true form-encoded body. This results in Twilio errors like:21604 – A 'To' phone number is requiredThe exact same request works via curl and Python (requests.post(data=...)) but fails from AJO.Is it a known limitation that Custom Actions don’t support true x-www-form-urlencoded bodies? Are there plans to support non-JSON request bodies? Thanks!
Hi there, We have recently began having issues with the module previews for our email templates not showing the placeholder images. Any ideas on how to fix this/what is causing the issue?
A manager was trying to estimate his team’s time for an upcoming project by looking back at a previous project but his team’s time was not showing in when he click Hours in the left nav of the project. I was able to see in my monthly hours report for the month his team’s tasks took place that his team had actually logged time to the project. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t show within the project.
