Pin Checked Boxes to Top in Fusion Scenario Modules

It is cumbersome when scrolling through a long list of options (such as from Search Criteria Fields, Select Forms to Map, Outputs, etc.) to see which are checked.  It is especially so when you have long custom forms hundred of fields long.

I suggest incorporating an action where if boxes in Fusion Scenario Modules are checked that they could be automatically pinned to the top for easy reference.

Hi Melanie,

Thanks for submitting this idea.  I’m with Adobe but not with the product team and I’m curious to understand a bit more about what you are looking for here for clarity.

Does this summarize what you are looking for:

As a Fusion developer or troubleshooter,
I want each module to display a concise summary panel showing all configured settings, selected options, and entered values,
so that I can quickly understand how the module is configured without having to open and step through each individual setting—making analysis and troubleshooting faster and more efficient, especially for complex, configuration‑heavy modules.

Related Capability

  • Current map‑view toggles (on fields, references, collections) and input/output (JSON) inspection (following execution of a scenario) help, but aren’t sufficient for at‑a‑glance understanding.
  • The value of this capability is highest for modules with many nested or dense settings (e.g., Workfront Issue Misc Action → Convert to Project).

Hi there,

Thanks for asking for clarification! My request is a bit narrower than a full “summary panel.”

What I’m asking for is this: When configuring a module in Fusion (e.g., Search Criteria Fields, Select Forms to Map, Outputs, etc.), if I check or select items in a long list, those checked items should automatically pin to the top of that list. This would make it much easier to see what’s already selected without having to scroll through hundreds of options—especially in Workfront environments with long custom forms.

The idea is similar to how you can pin a message in Teams or Slack: the selected items would simply rise to the top so you can quickly verify or adjust them.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.  Thanks!
