I am trying to create a project report with a column that shows job roles associated with the project but the results include inactive job roles and other job roles not associated with the project.  This is the code I used to display the roles. Hello,I have a question for organizations using Workfront's built-in AI. Is it capable of performing actions such as creating multiple copies of an issue and updating a specific field for each copy? For instance, if I enter a prompt, could it create three copies where copy 1 has option A, copy 2 has option B, and so on while keeping everything else same?Can it perform actions or currently capabilities can fetch data only?Thanks!

Hi team,I tried multiple ways to disable the welcome mail while importing users through kickstart method.1. In import file setRecieveMails= FALSE2. Disable "New User to user" (subject : Welcome to Workfront) mail notification in system level.In documentation it mentioned by default invite mail not triggered while uploading users through import method but it triggering mails in both (sandbox and prod) environment.note: I noticed some of the users not getting emails but most of the users getting mails.Please let me know how to deactivate this welcome mail notification  while doing import new users through kickstart method.thank you in advance.  

Has anyone else today or in the past had issues uploading a PPTX file into a Proof?   We were able to do this until recently.  I've confirmed all the correct requirements are being me but the file spins and eventually errors out.    At first it seemed to be one file and now it seems to be any PPTX file.  I have a support ticket open however, they are still working on the issue.  Thanks!Angie

I am trying to add Adobe Fonts from my Creative Cloud to my ACS, but am coming up short when it comes to where I am supposed to put the coding. Does anyone have any additional insight on how I am supposed to do this? Or is there an easier way I'm missing? It seems kind of crazy to me that it would be this complicated to use Adobe fonts in another Adobe program... Thanks!

Hi,We are moving from AMS to AEMaaCS but midway we realized that AMS license is going to expire coming November. We have a few scenarios running to create and get pdfs signed. As a last step I have a scenario to get the completed pdfs to be stored in the original request in Workfront. However, the scenario I have to search for signed Adobe Sign agreements isn't finding the recently updated agreements automatically. I have it set to run at regular intervals, but it never finds any updated agreements. Only when I go in and choose a set start date (a week or 2 back) and manually run the scenario, it then finds the updated agreements and stores them. Our vendor suggested it could be the scenario and Adobe Sign having differing time stamps. I have attempted to make the Adobe Sign account we use have a matching time zone to our fusion system, but it doesn't seem to affect the time stamp I see the signed agreements are marked with. I used to have the scenario run every 5 minutes, and have changed it to every few hours in an attempt to make up for the time discrepancy but so far it doesn't

Ahoy, I met with a coworker who wanted a report. This happens sometimes. The report was to have columns for values which appear on an Issue and its resolved Project. One of the columns involved the name which is used on a Typeahead field. I know that typeheads are their own thing Object-wise, so I was unsure how to do this. I have a typeahead custom field (of type 'Project') defined in one of my custom form; custom form is attached to Issues. Name of project is "Resource By" in example below. I want to create an issue report and display description and owner of the attached project on that issue report. When I try that, I am able to only display name of project, but cannot display anything else. We rolled out a new version of a portal in our website back in June and I am trying to combine actions that are the same within that portal but were named something different before and after the switchover.  I have a freeform table that shows all the different page names before and after the switchover to the new version within the portal that we want to measure and looking at them by Unique Visitors for the last year.I thought I might be able to create a segment that would look at each specific action in the portal we are measuring and it would combine the UVs between the two different page names from before and after the switchover for the same data range, However my UV numbers when viewing by Page Name in the Freeform Table are significantly higher than what each Segment is showing.For ExampleWe have an action in the Portal named xyz:view:idcard before the switchover and after the switchover to the new version of the Portal it is named xyz:ss:view:idcard.In the Freeform t

We sell multiple additional products for customers to add to their policy and I measure these as a % penetration rate. Order of optional extra / all Orders For some of our brands and journeys we include these products for free which makes their penetration 100%, and brings up the rate of our combined metrics.I do pass value of each product with my purchase tag, so was hoping to create a segment (or condition in custom metric) that excludes products where the value is £0 - is this possible?
