Hello,I have System Admin access, and I can see many projects that were not created by my group. Is it possible to make only the projects created by my group visible to me?Note: The unwanted projects are visible even though my ID was not added, and the project sharing option is set to "Only invited people can access."
Hi All, I wanted to know if anyone has created a Fusion scenario to generate a $$USER.ID report displaying all of the active proofs a user is listed as just a 'reviewer' on a report. This is something I've been meaning to tackle for a long time. I imagine others would benefit from this to.
@Sven-iX Here is my overdue response to this post, Workfront Boards GraphQL API Documentation. FYI I could not re-comment on the post so I am tagging you here. The problem I had with fusion automation and searching boards is the redundant number of operations used to search. I have found a way to reduce this to 4 operations.The body is filled with this query and based on an inspect I used on the Get Board module. I have added the portion below to it to reduce operations for searching in a scenario. There is a lot of irrelevant information in the call but I am too lazy to remove it. I start the scenario using a instant webhook with task status change and assignedToID = Desired user, I get the card information in the getBoard() query, then use iterator to make an array and filter via card obj id = taskID, then move the card to the columnID that I got in the getBoard() query. ADDED CODE:cards {\n id\n name\n connectedObject {\n objectId\n status\n }\n } BODY:{
I have all required access in order to have access for this feature. We have this add-on. Yet I still have this error: Sent to Adobe support. Any ideas?
Any ideas what is the difference?
I have got library on prod: Its not mapped to any environment - that says UI. Is it mapped automatically to Prod env?
Assume that my Data Element is not found on a page - Web SDK would return error. There this functionality would prevent such a situation? Do you turn this on on your implementations?
Within Workfront Planning - it seems there’s no easy way to move (completely) items from one workspace to another if reorganization is needed. Meaning, the original location would be archived or deleted altogether and the records within it would be repurposed and moved to a new or other existing workspace. I know the ability exists to download/export the record, and then reupload - but this requires relinking, reformatting, etc. in the record once it’s uploaded into the desired workspace.
I cannot identify converted requests in the new user experience, unlike in the old experience.
Hi Team,I was testing a test email from an API-triggered transactional campaign using Postman across two different email IDs, ensuring all context variable values were filled in. However, I encountered an issue with one email ID accessed via web Outlook: the email alignment is incorrect, and the "View Details Here" link is missing. Interestingly, when opening the same email as a web page, everything displays correctly. For another email ID accessed via the Outlook app, everything appears as expected. Additionally, I triggered a test email to my Gmail ID, and it rendered correctly as well. How can I resolve this issue with web Outlook? Please find the attached images for reference:
Does RequestID unique value in AJO campaigns update on every APi call? Is it possible to have the value of RequestID as static to allow performance testing by ingesting bulk data in the campaign?
Hi Team,We have set up a smart campaign where the initial launch email is sent, followed by a wait step of X days, and then an echo email is sent to non-openers.In case we need to stop the echo email after the initial send — for example, if plans change while contacts are still in the wait step — what would be the correct way to prevent the echo email from sending? I don’t see a direct option to cancel it, so could you please guide me on the best approach?Regards,Akshat
Is there a way i can make an API call with file uploaded through attachment component ? As soon as the file is selected, i would like to trigger JS from my client libs to make an API call. Seems as per the design, the attachment ( which is unscanned for any potential malware) is uploaded into AEM. Is there a workaround ?Thanks,Abhishek
I am a product administrator in Adobe Experience Platform but still do not see Permissions tab on the left panel in AEP. I want to use Permissions to create/modify user groups, role etc.Adobe Console rightsAEP Permissions missing in Administration section
Hi everyone. We'd like to be able to toggle on/off the different layers of a PDF from within the proof viewer, without having to make our clients download the PDF to see the layers. Most of our clients don't have Acrobat to be able to see the individual layers.
Description - Allow PDF layer functionality to be available in ProofingWhy is this feature important to you - Users who go to the effort of incorporating layers into their PDF's don't want their final audience to not be able to use them. How would you like the feature to work - Retain more of the original PDF structure to allow layers throughCurrent Behaviour - Workfront flattens the PDF to view in proofing, thus removing the layer functionality.
Hi, I’ve downloaded this confidence calculator and I was wondering what percentage do I need in the column “Confidence that Offer is different from Offer A” to say that the offers are different?
Would like some clarification regarding the behavior of Custom Actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer, specifically around retry mechanisms and how profiles are handled when they enter timeout or error paths. We are running a journey where profiles execute a Custom Action, and some profiles are being routed to the timeout/error branch due to execution failures. To better understand the platform behavior and plan our design appropriately, we have the following questions: Retry Mechanism • Does AJO perform any automatic retries for Custom Action executions in case of transient failures (for example network issues, service unavailability, or throttling responses)? • If retries are performed, what is the general retry strategy and is there any configurability available? Timeout and Error Path Handling • Once a profile is routed to the timeout or error path after a Custom Action failure, is that profile considered fully processed for that activity? • If the journey is paused and later resumed,
Currently documents/proofs roll-up from the task level into the project level which is great. But we also need documents AND proofs to roll-up to the program level (in our case, campaign). Many on our team need to see all documents across multiple projects in a project/campaign.This would also help with users trying to find certain documents related to a campaign but unsure which project it would be in.

Hi I wanted to ask if there's a way to create an exclusion list of users in the CDP who are not activated to any available destinations. I know that I could create an exclusion list audience and apply a "not in this audience" rule for all audiences I create. But I just wanted to know if there's a better way to do that. I've seen that I can apply usage policies to audiences to prevent them from being exported. However, if the users from the labeled audience belong to another segment, nothing is going to prevent them from being exported to any destination. For this case, it would be more about excluding a group of users from being exported to any destination. ThanksRenato
Hi Team,I wanted to confirm the best approach for sharing audience counts with stakeholders before an email launch. Our subscription lists contain multiple contacts with the same email address. While Marketo automatically handles duplicates at the time of send, we want to report the accurate unique email count in advance. For example, if a list has 50,000 records and 2,500 duplicate email addresses, the actual send count would be 47,500.Currently, I’m exporting the list and removing duplicates manually in Excel, but I’m looking for a way to get the unique email count directly within Marketo. I tried using the “Duplicate Fields by Email Address” filter, but it returns all records associated with duplicates, not the net duplicate count.Could you please suggest the most efficient way to get the unique email count in Marketo with minimal manual effort? Thanks,Akshat
Hi Community, I have questions for the adaptive form, We have use case where we need to add the pagination for the adaptive form, is there any way we can achieve this? I haven’t seen such a business need in my previous role. As adaptive forms consider as SPA it’s very uncommon, Also, can we bind the logic on adaptive form to achieve exact analytics data? Best, Pathik
Hi all, Has anyone experienced difficulties bringing non federated IDs, or IDs that are federated under a different organisation, into their admin console? We manage Workfront within our own admin console, but our parent company federates email addresses at the enterprise level. We now need to onboard additional users from a smaller company that also sits within our organisation, whose email addresses are not yet federated, and we are unsure what challenges this might create when trying to add them to our console.
