Adobe Express Not Working

This is the second day in a row that Adobe express is not working for me. Yesterday when I tried opening files I got a 404 error over and over again. Last night the error message told me I was offline, I was not. Today I still cannot open my files and the error message says "something went wrong please wait” - I’ve been waiting for hours. Refreshing not worked.

DownDector reports that Express is down… but Adobe says it’s up.

What’s going on?
