Not able to connect with Adobe FTP server ftp2.omniture.com

Hello,

We have several jobs that fetch data from the Adobe warehouse using the FTP server (ftp2.omniture.com). However, since March 7, we have been unable to connect to the Adobe server and retrieve files from the ftp2.omniture.com host.

This is a critical job for us as it is used to obtain daily data from Adobe, and the issue is currently impacting our client data as well.

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue on an urgent basis.

Thank you

Shubham

I believe you should open a support case, especially if it’s urgent/critical. The community cannot solve any technical issues.

I agree with @Ronny3, that FTP location would be hosted by Adobe, and I assume that it may be decommissioned… I was unaware that clients would be allowed to access Adobe’s own FTP server for uploads…

Data Warehouse is set up for you to create and use your own FTP Server managed by your own DevOps team…

While you can and should contact support… given this is a critical system for you, it would likely be faster to fix this by setting up your own FTP server and switching all exports (and jobs to retrieve the data) to a host that you control.

Good Luck!

Try working with Adobe Support as previosuly suggested. In addition, try ftp.omniture.com as well with the same credentials.
